I have ordered jade plant today and got the delivery but the product is very bad and cheap quality and u didn't expect Bel plant. When I asked in customer care to initiate return or give me exchange option they said consider this product as an exception and keep it. Really ? This is how you treat your customers? I am not new customer. And if in your site it's written that within 24-48 hours we can initiate for easy returns then why am I not getting return option. Plant costs 499. It's not 1 or 10 rs product and I am not even getting option to return. Such a worst experience. Please resolve this issue immediately or this will be my last purchase with this company.
