I am very very irritated and dissatisfied with your service.

Delivery person sagar yelve

I had arranged for a gift to be delivered to my wife and your deliver person has given it to a wrong person without even checking anything.
Your deliver person did not even call the receiver and has handed over the gift to a 3rd party and left.

I called the customer care to tell them that the gift has not been delivered though i received the delivery confirmation sms.

I spoke to 4 different people and each of them offered a call back in 5mins but none of them called back.
I have been on calls with your customer service centre since 11am and still no resolution.

1st person i forgot to take thr name.

After 15mins i call again
2nd person:- ruchi, who apparently offered call back in 5mins but never called.

After 20mins i call again
3rd person :- ashish who also offered a call back but hasn't called yet.

After 30mins i call again
4th person:-raj who also offered a call back but i asked him to do whatever he wishes but i will stay on hold.

In the meanwhile i had to call sagar yelve the delivery guy and tell him that he has given the gift to the wrong person.

I called sagar and took him on conference call with - raj who's 1st question was:
Did u call the receiver before handling over the gift?
And the delivery guy sagar said "i did not call the receiver but i spoke to the receptionist and handed over the gift to a lady who came out.

This other lady is not my wife, not my friend and she is not someone who i know.
Apparently her name was also ankita but that is none of my business and none of my concern.

My wife's name is ankitha shet and your delivery guy did not check her name or card or even d basic phone call on her mobile number to make sure the gift is delivered to the right person.

This other lady has apparently eaten the chocolates with her friends,
Enjoyed the roses
And given the teddy bear to some other lady and refused to return the things back.

I get a call back from raj at 1:30 saying the half eaten chocolates have been returned to my wife and the roses n teddy teddy has been collected back.

This is so embarrassing. Why shud someone even go through all this.

This was supposed to be a gift. I wanted my wife to open the 3 things and unwrap the gifts on her own so that she remembers me and smiles and feel happy about it.
However here things are all opened and used and handed over in shabby way.

How would you feel if you go to a restaurant and order a dish which is delivered on someone else's table who taste it 1st and then realise they were not supposed to get this and then the same dish is placed on your table. Will you feel like eating it or will you get angry.

This is just not acceptable to me.
Its is so disrespectful towards customers.
As a husband i wanted my wife to get the teddy the roses and chocolates and now she has to request some strangers for her own gifts.

What kind of service is this???
This is so unprofessional.
Plus your own staff not even being bothered about customers and not taking the pain to fillow up and call back the client to update them about the status.

Im very very very disappointed and unhappy (Both understatement) with the kind of service received

Not against raj who called back and followed up but overall this was the most pathetic and stupid decision of mine to select floweraura for this gift.
