I have ordered flowers from the mentioned website and they promised to deliver on Sep 22nd 2021, later they emailed saying that delivery cannot be done due to limited staff so I asked them to cancel the order.
They canceled the order and promised the refund amount.
However I did not get my refund and I tried to chase them over emails for which they did not respond at all and there is no customer care number which we call and talk.
I have gone through the few customer reviews from various sites regarding this website and they have cheated and looted money from so many people like me and did not deliver what they promised, so request you to please take action on such fraud website.
