I have ordered flowers from the mentioned website and they promised to deliver on Sep 22nd 2021, later they emailed saying that delivery cannot be done due to limited staff so I asked them to cancel the order.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Well flowerportal is really a good website but last time i got a flowers with bad quality as it was mine worst expirience with them.
I order a product on 15th may and the order was delivered on time and always order from flowerportal and i don't get any type of problem from that but first time i got a problem and it was a bad expirience.
