Flowersncakestoindia.com — No refund

I placed an order on flowersncakestoindia.com with order no. FNC 2656 .i placed the order of a cake on 27th of september, the company without any reason cancelled the order and the refund should have been received in my account within a week but it has been more than 24days and i have yet not received the refund.on calling they dont pick my call and respond in a very weird way.
The account from which I made the payment was allahabad bank account no. [protected].
I have yet not received any refund.
