I called the CUSTOMER CARE number and checked with the person about the delivery location.he said it will be delivered to Thalaivasal near attur.hence made an order for rs.1700.I made this order on 14 th Sunday and order is for 17th October.i followed for the 3 days with idiotic CUSTOMER CARE.they said the order will be delivered.but till now the stage has not gone to approved from processing.they are not even picking up the phone.cheap behaviour and idiotic customer service...I need the refund right away.real ###.

I called on CUSTOMER CARE number so many they said that they didn’t delivered the cake on that day...after that I said cancel my order and refund my money...they said within 7 working days they will return the money...but I didn’t received yet, I am calling so mANY TIMEs but they are not even picking up the call...I also send the mail...but didn’t receive any reply...the customer service is so poor...you all are very cheap...i think this is fraud website from where they are collecting only money even without delivered the cake...I am going to complain on consumer FORUM...I am not going to leave you all...you ###...I must-must recommened everyone please don’t do any order from THIS WEBSITE this is worst website for online delivery of anything...
