They are fake. I order a bunch of flowers which automatically got cancelled.
No refund was initiated and no one is responding to mails, calls and messages.

Never order from them...

The customer care executives are liars. Past 2 days they kept on assuring that cake and flowers will be delivered in leh. But today they are telling that they hv only butterscotch cake (My husband hates it) and they will deliver chocolates instead of flowers!!! Pathetic services. I want my refund back immediately. Such websites should be closed down by law.

I called the CUSTOMER CARE number and checked with the person about the delivery location.he said it will be delivered to Thalaivasal near attur.hence made an order for rs.1700.I made this order on 14 th Sunday and order is for 17th October.i followed for the 3 days with idiotic CUSTOMER CARE.they said the order will be delivered.but till now the stage has not gone to approved from processing.they are not even picking up the phone.cheap behaviour...

I ordered a Bunch of 20 red roses, 12 inch brown teddy bear and 5 pieces of kit-kat for my wife's birthday.

On November 30, we got only 20 red rose and 5 pieces of kit-kat. We didn't get 12 inch teddy bear as promised and the guy delivered us a low quality doll(For the Rs.850 I paid) which looks scary in some way. This has ruined the whole day and the special occasion.
