Sir I have booked package with Flox Holidays Thippasandra Bangalore. paid 80000 as per GST Invoice no.INSBAK/SI.NO.703/03/NOV13
And 70000 he borrowed from my daughter's IMPS account.He promised to return 70000 within two days with commission. But now he is not receiving our calls.His Mob.no.is [protected]

Updated by DineshMK Please note, Flox Holidays was promised that he will give my Air tickets and money if I take back my complaint.But even after taking back my complaint he is not giving my Air tickets and money which were taken in addition to package for his temporary need.I had paid 80000 for package and 70000 transferred from my daughter's account which he was promised to return within two days.
So note this complaint is not resolved and remove it from resolved category.
Also inform me should I place new complaint again .Please arrange to take necessary action against Flox Holidays so I could get my Air tickets and money .

Updated by DineshMK Flox Holidays (Mr.RAMASWAMY JAYAPATHY) have yet not given my air tickets.He have switched off his old NUMBERS.

Flox Holidays is the best tour operator.They have full knowledge about Domestic and International. Tours.They give proper guidance.This complaint is resolved. So I think this should be removed from here.

Today I received message from Flox Holidays that he will give me air tickets after removing complaint from consumer complaint.So please remove it from your portal as early as possible, otherwise he will not give me air tickets and my daughter's money.
Please note and do the needful as early as possible. Thanks for your kind support.Also inform me what can I do if he don't give me air tickets and money.

Dear sir, Please note from last 3 days Mr.Ramaswamy Jayapathy (Proprietor of FLOX HOLIDAYS, Thippasandra, Bangalore) have switched off his Mobile phone no.[protected].
He have yet not given my air ticket for Bangkok tour.
I have given police complaint against him as he have cheated me.
Be aware of him.He is very big fraud.He tells only he will do.But actually he don't do anything.
