Flox Holidays Complaints & Reviews

I would suggest people, please don't choose Flox Holidays for tours. My personal experience I'm sharing here I'd been to Thailand for a week honeymoon travel. A week full just travelled n travelled, no fun, no rest, no activities. They (Jayapathy (Proprietor of FLOX holidays)) said that they will give us water games at coral island and they failed to make it. They said that they gonna take us to Royal cruise dinner, they made late to pick us and they cancelled it. Unfortunately we lost our wallet, they didn't help us and they don't come for any help, but initially they told us everything they ll take care but nothing has done. For food they made us to wait for a long time and guided for indian hotel where we don't know any addressses. Basically no safety and secure if you choose Flox holidays and once you given money to them then you ll become like a slave to them. Before getting contract they will keep on call us frequently for tour confirmation. One more point they told us that they will take us to krabi through cruise but made us to go in a clubbed car and made us to wait for 2hrs in a pickup point. Totally money waste and spent our days in travelling.

I had already made complaint before 4 months. But mr. Ramaswamy jayapathy gave threat so i had marked my complaint as resolved. But in last 4 months i gave him chance to come on right way but he have cheated me for rs.1.5 lakhs. He have not given any air tickets as per my tour itinerary. He is not refunding my amount. So i am submitting my fresh complaint.
So i request to do necessary action against him so yet he can't do same fraud...

Please note mr. Ramaswamy jayapathy prop. Of flox holidays, thippasandra, bengaluru (Banglore) is absolutely fraud person. Don't believe on his speaking. He is very clever in getting money online transfers. He sends photo of cheque. So everybody feels he is genuine. But he never pay back. And he will not fulfill anything. He will not give air tickets, or hotel booking etc.
So find out other tour operator who...

Folks, please don't fall prey for this fraud jayapathi ([protected]) and nithin his partner in all scams.

In my case he got nearly 1lak 10 thousand for my singapore trip and 50k inr to singapore dollar exchange and jus gave me air tickets.

He gave me documents with hotel booking id and vouchers for entry, after landing singapore only i came to know that all the booking id and vouchers he gave me is fake one....

I am balaji from chennai working for a corporate (+91-[protected]), my family have planned for a vacation to maldives and approached flox holidays as it has been referred by my friend. The person by name jayapathi (Contact numbers +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected]) who has got 1, 10, 000 rupees from me promised me to book the flight tickets from cochin to maldives hasn't done that and he has not reserved any bookings for me at trident resorts and spa as provided in the package. He has just provided the itinerary and escaped by getting the money.

I would need the money as the transactions are there as a proof.

Sir I have booked package with Flox Holidays Thippasandra Bangalore. paid 80000 as per GST Invoice no.INSBAK/SI.NO.703/03/NOV13
And 70000 he borrowed from my daughter's IMPS account.He promised to return 70000 within two days with commission. But now he is not receiving our calls.His Mob.no.is [protected]
