Fly India Trip — Making a fraud with us

Myself is CHIRAG from Bharuch, GUJARAT.

I have booked Train and Air tickets along with hotel booking through FLY India Trip agency. Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Amit Verma and Mr. Durgesh of the Fly india had planned my vacation planning and taken advance payment for hotel booking and we also paid air and train fair whole amount.

Unfortunately, due to CORONA breakout, we had cancelled our trip which was planned for March 2020. Hence, we urged them to refund of advance payment for air / train tickets booking as well as advance given for hotel bookings after cancellation charges.

We have tried to get Refund of above said amount from last 3 months. In starting they replied, due to CORONA our offices were closed and we were not able to process for refund and added once offices will reopen will process for refund. Now, when all offices has been started, they have switched off there contact no or rejected my calls.

In addition, i have tried to contact them on whatsapp as per our routine communication pathway, they don't respond.

At last, i say that during booking they look like gentleman, now I come to know and feel that they made fraud with us.

I hope this platform will resolve my issue soon and take legal action against fraud agency and fraud people.
