We had recently been on a trip via Fly India Trip to Nainital, Mussoorie, Auli and it was just pathetic. Nothing was organized well. Each day travel was 6-7 hours and driver used to take his own time to reach destinations. We hardly had any site seeing. Nothing was according to itinerary. In spite of we sharing flight details during the time of booking, Anjani madam had badly organized our trip, on last day we had to catch flight from Delhi...

Fraud with mussoorie travel package

They are actually a fraud.
Recently I booked my Mussoorie trip but I faced multiple fraud with
1. The hotel asked for extra money and the hotel quality was 3rd quality. So I denied and they didn’t help me
2. The booking cab driver certainly changed some hours before the journey started and he also asked for extra money.
So I gave it to home to start our journey
3. Then did not pick up my call and talked in a bad tone
4. I didn’t enjoy all the tourist places because the driver refused to go to those places
Before starting my journey I paid almost 30% payment to this fraud company and I haven’t an idea what they did.
Because I booked my hotel and paid all the money to the cab driver what did my 30% of the booking amount?
Please don’t go with this

and I faced multiple problems in booking a hotel

Myself is CHIRAG from Bharuch, GUJARAT.
I have booked Train and Air tickets along with hotel booking through FLY India Trip agency. Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Amit Verma and Mr. Durgesh of the Fly india had planned my vacation planning and taken advance payment for hotel booking and we also paid air and train fair whole amount.
Unfortunately, due to CORONA breakout, we had cancelled our trip which was planned for March...

I booked a tour package to uttarakhand from through company named fly india trip commencing from 01st october 2019. I paid rs 3000 as advance booking charge, then rs 20000 as demanded by the company and again rs 5000 as date shifting charge. Now i want to cancel my trip and mailed the company several times. But they are saying that no refund will be available. But as per their policy i should get partial refund after deducting cancellation charges. Now they are not receiving my phone calls.

This is the worst experience i ever had with any trip planner. They cheated with the name of trust.
Will never ever will recommend to any one to go ahead with flyindia.
They dont have any proper planning on the trip we have wasted our money on them and i paid extra money for the hotel.
Never ever trust the agent (Nancy) manish, rahul and priyanka no one will give response to anything happens. They are the real cheaters its not flyindia its fly your money on us.

non co-operation during the entire trip even after receiving full payment

This is all about our group tour of new delhi and surrounding areas during the last week of may this year. We had planned a grand family tour (Of 12 members including my mother in law who is 80 years old) for 7 nights and 8 days and planned to cover agra, mathura, haridwar, risikesh and missouri.
It seems the only mistake we did was to book fly india trip as our tour operator.
The booking was very smooth though and ritu, the sales person, was very cordial in accepting our payment. As per their requirement, we had paid more than 75% before even the tour started. Little did we know...
The problem started from the very moment we reached the delhi airport on may 25. We were advised that the hotel will arrange pick up. But even after waiting for one hour, nobody turned up. Seems vikash, the person responsible from tour operator side, forgot to mention arrival time to the hotel guy. Took a cab and reached the hotel (Hotel senon). It was a below standard one with lot of facilities missing. Some major flaws were stale food (Breakfast and dinner were part of our booking agreement), faulty shower, small sized rooms (As per our mutual understanding the tour operator was supposed to provide 4 rooms with triple occupancy) etc.
The list of problems did not end there. Since there was a very senior citizen in our group, we had specifically requested a wheel chair and paid extra amount for that. Alas, no luck. Till such time we left for hills the next day, there was no wheel chair. Not only that, the hotel manager (Amit from hotel senon) demanded that before we leave, we must pay rs 10, 000.00 or else, he will not allow us to leave.in order to avoid trouble and nuisance, we relented and succumbed to their demand.
Once we reached missouri, we were accommodated in a decent hotel (Hotel pearl, the best during the entire trip) and had a very good overall experience including stay and food. The next morning, after we started sight seeing, suddenly the tempo traveller broke down. The repairing work took more than 3 hours and we were stranded in no man's land during this time. The whole day's plan was gone for a toss. We were scheduled to enjoy the evening arati at risikesh on that day. We reached risikesh after 9 pm when everything was over.
The scheduled 2 days' stay at haridwar was more or less without much trouble. However, the tempo driver demanded a payment of 16, 000.00 (The entire remaining amount) en-route back to delhi. We refused to pay the whole amount as we were not confident about their service. So, we paid rs 10, 000.00. The tempo dropped us at the delhi hotel and left. Before leaving, the driver confirmed that a new tempo traveller will come the next day and will remain with us during our visit to agra and mathura. It was the same hotel sinon, who this time, provided better quality rooms and better food.
Come next day, and there was no car. We were ready as early as at 9 am, but nobody came to pick us up. It was revealed by tour operator at 11 am that the transporter has refused to provide a car and they are arranging another one. The alternate vehicle finally came at 1.30 pm. The first thing the driver demanded was payment of the remaining 6, 000.00 which we promptly did. Finally the journed for agra started at 2 pm and we reached there at 6.30 pm well after the gate of taj mahal was closed.
So, there we were, 12 people reached agra at 6.30 pm on a thursday evening. The next day was friday and gate of taj was closed for the whole day. We visited some other sites like agra fort, fatehpur sikri etc but returned from agra without seeing taj.
This was in short our experience with fly india trip. Throughout the week, whenever we had faced problem, help from the tour operator was very rare and almost nil on many occasions. Almost all the hotels wanted us to pay the charge though we had actually paid the same in advance. Every time, we had to call the operator and spend a considerable amount of time before the issue was resolved.
Among the staff people like durgesh, shailesh were extremely hopeless, ritu was incompetent. Whatever little involvement we got was from vikash and priyanka. There was one manager (Whose name i have forgotten) who was very rude and non - cooperative.
We would not recommend the name of fly india trip to anybody, neither do we want to be associated with them again.

Brief about tour –
1. After long discussion and email confirmation I book trip from Fly India Shimla-Manali-Agra-Delhi – Rs.35000
Email IDs – Amit Verma – [protected]@flyindiatrip.com, [protected]@flyindiatrip.com both we ate confirm that I am going to pay payment in 5 step
1. Booking amount – Rs.13000
2. During checkin in Shimla – Rs.5000
3. During checkin in Manali – Rs.10000
4. During Agra tour – Rs.5000
5. And Last at Delhi – Rs.2000
We both agree this payment scheduled but in entire trip Mr.Donkey [DURGESH] and his stupide senior I don’t know the name of that Donkey from Account Department every time continuously calling me during my tripe and asking to pay money other wise they will not allow to in Hotel ..
2. Even they people not book your room at destination place . When you reach that destination hotel they simply told you to pay other wise they not allow to check in. FlyIndia cheat the people and get the money from customer.
3. They take all money from me and last day during Agra trip they asking more money to complete the tour. At last movement i realize this company is cheater and took decision to go with personal.
4. I reach to delhi at 3 am with my family with 7 years kids but no one come to pickup me from delhi .. in midnight myself I search the room.
I request all of you don’t book any tour from FlyIndia might be they will change the name but be aware of the such DONKEY people and fraud company. Finally I lost my Rs.35000.

Worst experience with this travel agency. We booked a Kerala Tour with them. Management was very poor. They had not paid to the hotels at each location so we had to wait for check-in. Food included in the package was worst. They agreed to pay us for 2 days meal which we had on our own expense but they didn't paid us back. All false promises made by their employees. Very poor service. I would not recommend this to any one.
They do not have a courtesy to even reply to mails. At the time of booking they use to call thrice a day.

This is all about our group tour of new delhi...1
1) I had specifically asked for a 7 seater innova as we were 7 members. I paid advance booking for the trip after getting a confirmation from FIT owner Amit Verma. When we reached Delhi Airport, to our surprise, Ertiga car was sent instead of an innova without any intimation to me. And they continued to argue that ertiga is a 7 seater (!!!). If I had knew that I will get Ertiga, I would not have booked with them. But having traveled by air to delhi, we had no option but to somehow adjust in that small car and get on with our trip.
2) When we reached Manali after a troublesome overnight, cramped travel, another surprise was waiting. The hotel which was confirmed to us was full and the hotel owner offered another hotel. First of all, the hotel which was booked was in a filthy dirty area and the alternate hotel was really horrible. The staff at FIT didnt even bother to attend call and our family members were struggling for almost 3 hours after a cramped overnight travel. Finally, I decided to abandon the hotel and book on my own after dropping an email to Amit Verma. Then someone got into their sense and promised to book us in their another tie up hotel. This hotel was also like 1star but we were frustrated with them and some how accepted it.
Later I was told that I need to pay the difference in hotel rent. First, they could not get me a hotel which was confirmed then how they can ask for additional charge. But I had no option but to pay.
3) Hotel at Dharamsala was also like 1 star and same at Del Housi. While car driver was really good, rest all was horrible, forgettable.
These guys are a big time cheater who have no idea about what a service business like travel / tourism demands. I would urge everyone not to get trapped into their cheap deals and false commitments.
