Fly Mobile — m complaining about mobile replacement

I book one plus 7pro on 5 september and pay 500 booking amount product receive on 9 sept but the product is another as low quality phone now no one can received call or not reply anything i pay 13000 cash on delivery they are fraud the company and delivery boy are fraud the company executives said your parcel are exchanged today tomorrow but no one can received calls or not reply i am trying to contact with them on mail but they r not replying..
