Flybig — Flight ticket refund not received

I have booked flight tickets through Paytm app which was cancelled and the refund is not yet received . Airlines are advising to check with Paytm and Paytm is claiming that they have not yet received refund from airlines.

Flight booked on 15th feb from Pithoragarh to Dehradun flight for 20th feb 2024 amounting Rs . 6298 which got. Cancelled by flybig and refund not yet received
