I have booked flight tickets through Paytm app which was cancelled and the refund is not yet received . Airlines are advising to check with Paytm and Paytm is claiming that they have not yet received refund from airlines.

I booked my flight from Guwahati to Silchar. But the flight was rescheduled two times. When I was done with my web check-in I got this information but then once again the flight was rescheduled but I did not get any information about it. when i said why you are not informed me, they said which customers did web check-in we are not informed them. Flybig time was 07:15 am then it's rescheduled at 06:00 am when I did web check-in then again...

I have booked a ticket for 24th March and trying to cancel my booking within 24 hours of booking as I'm having an asthma attack and unable to travel but they are not ready for refund or free postponing.

I sonali Chakraborty booked flight of Airbig for 4 persons named Subhajit Chakraborty, Sonali Chakraborty, Rajib Chakraborty & Harendra Ch Sarkar. PNR no is JZ56EF for Patna on S9219, I, E 23rd January. Flight was from Guwahati to Patna.

Flight cancelled and awaiting refund
My flight from Guwahati to tezu S9201 dated 16th october got cancelled . Basically the flight took off, reached till dibrugarh but then pilot announced that he would take it back to Guwahati due to technical issues. So we came back to Guwahati jeopardizing all our plans. The airlines couldn't arrange any alternative flight for the passengers and they said they can only manage a refund. However there was no intimation regarding the refund process till now. Absolutely pathetic flight operation, pathetic communication and pathetic employees. I would discourage everyone from booking this airline's flight and jeopardizing their plans.

Staff and late arrival of flight
Staff was not there at laggage in time and flight was one hour late why the hell do u run a aviation company if you can't any of the particular passengers problem I will recommend not to use this flight if you wanna travel such an useless flight and staff also not so polite I will definitely recommend not to book this ### airline where everything is unbalanced just shut down this company I will never fly with bigfly ### airline

They have closed the checkin gate before 45 mins and cancelled

PNR NO.2Q5UT6 we reached airport before 45 mins they closed checkin gate and not a single staff was available to contact very rude behavior of the ground staff counter was unattended should give a look at this matter passenger's are facing unnecessary harrassment

Trolley damaged and early flight refund .

I have booked a flybig flight which was on 15th of July were my money has deducted from my account but still it was showing payment not done and I talk to customer service and email on the flybig account but no responses till yet.
And coming back from Guwahati to tezu from flybig airline my trolley was so damaged it broke the handle of the trolley. I am so sorry to say that the services are so bad that I have think about to travel again with this airlines in future.

I Daniel Siangshai booking fly big flight on 10th june 2022 pnr no. L5XMPB flight no. S9-3010 booking id NF78BCXVNJLUZ9959 flight was cancelled and they inform me on 7th june 2022 and i request full refund my money and till now they didn't refund me. So kindly I request you to take action for this airline.

Fly BIG Flights always come late by 1-2 HRS
Flights from Hyderabad to Aurangabad and vice versa I came twice by eperience was really bad.I went because of suitable timing.But Flights always come late by at least 1-2 hrs.Indigo is far better but its timing is only in afternoon nrighter in Morning nor at night.But this BIG FLY can not sustain if they do not improve on urgent basis.

My name is Varun Kota(30 yrs) and my mother is Sita Lakshmi Kota (65 yrs) who were supposed to Fly out of Gondia to Hyderabad on 10th May, 2022. I reached airport from Bilaspur by cab which cost us 6500 . After reaching airport we were informed that flight is cancelled. We did not receive ant information regarding cancellation till arrival at airport.
After a lot of negotiations with Flybig manager at Gondia...

FLYBIG Airlines - Cancellation of flight booked without intimation to the passengers.

Dear Sir,
I had to travel from Cochin, in Kerala to Rupshi, in Assam so I as there is no direct flight I booked my tickets from COK (Cochin) to CCU (Kolkata) on[protected] with Air Asia airlines and then connecting flight from CCU to RUP air ticket on Flybig airlines from on[protected] through their website on[protected], for which I paid Rs 1499/-.They sent me my ticket by email. (attached) and also by Whatsapp msg and SMS on my registered mobile number.
On[protected] when I tried to retrieve my itinerery on the Flybig website with my PNR no. a pop up on the website informed me that my "booking reference (PNR) was not found/already cancelled." (attached)
I then caled their customer care +[protected], and they informed me that indeed my flight on[protected] had been cancelled on[protected]. When I asked them that in case the flight was cancelled wasnt it their duty to inform the concerned passengers about the same. They were very casual and at first replied that the passengers had been informed. When I told them that I did not know about this they very casually said they regret the inconvenience and would send an email/sms/whatsapp message. However till today I have not received the same.
This is my second complaint against Flybig where they are very much interested in taking the customers money but after that they forget their responsibilities towards the paying customers. Also their website is designed in such a way that customer transactions are not transparent as far as money matters are concerned.
Due to cancellation of their flight (no other alternative also available on same day) without due diligence towards the paying customers I have not only suffered a huge loss as I have to cancel my Cochin to Kolkata flight also (Rs 4600/-) and also missed a very important business deal which would run into huge monetary loss.
I would request you to kindly take cognizance of my issue and also as customers we want that the Flybig Airlines operates in the same transparent way as all the other airlines operate including their websites.
After all all the Airlines are governed by the same parent body the DGCA.
I would request the airlines to provide part compensation of Rs 1 lac for my huge loss and mental harassment and torture.
