Flyder Infotech — supply of cheap product different from ordered product

I paid RS 1349.10 online and ordered a Intelligent energy saver product code NP33 on 27 June 2019.
But I received Maxx enviropure power saver on 2.7.19 which is available for RS 149/= only on Amazon.in.
I tried their phone no. given on parcel - but no response. I have sent email to the email I'd mentioned in their earlier email
for refund of RS 1349.10 at the earliest from flyer infotech. Please help me.
