Flying Machine — Cashback, False information on offers

Hi,

This is regarding my purchase from U.S Polo and Flying machine both located in indiranagar branch bangalore.

I had shopped in both the showrooms on[protected], (Bill reference attached).
So the issue is while I was purchasing, The staff insisted on shopping for 500 more which would be eligible for CASHBACK of 500rs, Now I clearly recomfired with the staffs will I be getting the cashback as amount being credited to my account and the answer was YES Sir, the amount will be credited and it's not a voucher or point but AMOUNT to YOUR account.

Now I purchased from both showrooms where the bill amount was around 5k* & 6K after discount (Attached bills for reference).

Now when I haven't received the cashback yet for 6 months, When I call and ask the staff from US polo (Aishwarya) who first of all spoke so rudely and didn't even know how to talk to customers, I really feel so unhappy that such people being hired who cant even talk politely and resolve the issue instead of being rude and making pointless conversation, I would insist such behaviours are monitored and taken into account as am sure it's not just me but many customers would be unhappy with her behaviour and the way she is arrogant and impolite way of speaking to customers.

Well later I connected with both the managers from the stores and both have responded by apologising and also requested to check with the bank and the store cannot help on this. My point is, why did the staff lie to me in spite of reconfirming about the offer and make a false statement, It's not about the money but why to fool around with such cheap tricks, I would strongly make a point here that moving forward kindly make it transparent to customers at least when the ask about the deals and offers instead of lying and breaking the trust and more over behaving rude and not addressing to resolve the problem instead play with the blame game or just apologize and let it go..

Had a very bad experience and I don't expect such things to happen in future or with anyone, Kindly look into the staffs and I would appreciate if the stores compensate on this,

Am writing this mail only to see a good result and a fruitful solution to my issue, instead of an apology.
