I purchased four jeans dated 09.02.25 in an offer of buy 1 get 1 free. I also made a purchase of two jeans on 10.12.24 and was happy with the size and purchase. Detail of both the receipts is as under -

My concern is during my second purchase I found a variation in waist size like earlier I purchased two jeans of 36” waist but this time 36” was loose and I had to shift to 34” waist. In my recent purchase out of the four, 3 was for my Son and 1 for myself.

Now, all three are of 32” waist and give a tight feel. I also tried a 34” waist for my Son and felt like he was wearing a Trouser not a Jeans.

All the four jeans that I purchased recently are still unused and all the stickers are intact. I just want a solution if these three jeans of 32” waist could be replaced with a good fit for my Son. Awaiting for a positive reply soon.

I purchased 2 Jeans of Flying Machine on 6th October 2024 from Max Fashion Store, Orion Mall, Panvel. I wore it for maximum 15 days and now to my surprise fabric got tore from zip side and bottom of zip side.
I have spent 2500 for this jean and came out to very poor-quality fabric.
I need replacement for the same.

I have purchased one Jeans from city dealer of Flying Machine Products named - "BINDAL FASHION" having Address - 184, Abu Lane, Meerut-250001. After 1st time wash product loose its original shape and colour and found defective. During the wearing it first time a spoun of curd is liked on the jeans even spots of the same is not cleanout on 1st time wash. I approached to the dealer with product and show them and explain all the situation. Dealer ensure me for the resolution or change the product and ask me to wait for the week. Even after waiting 3 weeks I approached again to the dealer to know the status, than dealer deny to exchange the product or refund the money. At the time of purchasing the product salesman and dealer counts the quality of product so high and ensures if anything found defective or if product looses colour than I have a right to change it but when it happens really they deny for the change.
I have a doubt that is BINDAL FASION selling the original product of Fly Machine or he uses to sell the old products with dyeing on them? Or its not the responsibility of FLYING MACHINE to check the quality of product before removing the same from factory?
I request the consumer court to help me to change the product or refund my amount.
I have no other option as their is a lot of difference i dealer behavior At the time of Sale and at the time of exchange.

We are very disappointed with your product we purchased jeans and tshirt from sikar showroom our 2 black colour jeans almost fad after one wash and this thing I will tell your frenchisey members they behave very rude this is such a very bad thing for a reputed company.
Please give solution ASAP.

I have bought a flying machine jeans from max showroom, katupakkam, a month ago for 2.5k. Believe it or not, I have used only for 3 times. Today, I noticed its torned near thigh and felt embarrassed in the middle of team outing. A quality brand lasts only a month.
Looking for a repair or replacement of the jeans.need help on this

I have buy the some jeans from Bangalore flying machine store.i have wearing the jeans around 3-4 times and now it's tear down near by the pocket.

I bought this mustard color slim fit T-Shirt that got lose only after wearing it 2 times and one wash. I bought this in the month of March, 23 from Lifestyle, Jaipur. Now it looks like a lose fit t-shirt. I did not pay 2k for buying this quality from a major brand. Either replace my T-shirt or get me refunded as soon as possible.

I was given a fake jeans from flying machine store in panipat... they gave me numero uno bill instead of flying machine.. the jeans got full ydamaged after just first wash .. i washed it seprately and the flying machine store owner told me that it was another colour which was mixed with the jeans... the real problem is when i told him that if he thinks that it is a some diffrent colour then dry clean it and i will pay for the dry clean if the jeans got restored to original colour.. he agreed and didnt do anything about it.. when i reach there asking for my jeans he refused tondry clean it and told me that he will send it to the company headquater for further process that would take atleast 10 days but after 5 days after i called him and was told that the company rejected my jeans... i think the jeans is fake and he didnt send it anywhere just to take money in the name of company... the code of the jeans is[protected]

I bought a flying machine tshirt.. after one wash the tshirt has shrunken and I cannot wear it anymore.

Purchased 3 denims from flying machine official store in crown interior mall faridabad.
Used twice only and left leg denim shape Is out and coming in front which is very uncomfortable to wear

I bought the product style as FMJNO1183( which costs around 2199 when I check online) but the tag they attached to it was FMJNO1634(which costs around 2399), which means for less value product they billed the higher amount. I wanted to replace but the store is not allowed and is very disappointed. Kindly help how to replace it.

but unfortunately with in month jeans denim get stretched..

Not sure why company charging that much rupees if they not able to provide good quality..

I purchased a lower from your active wear collection which was not even subjected to daily rigors of wear and tear still the product’s color faded. It is full of lint and can no longer be worn if going outside. Thereby, went to your outlet and requested an exchange but it all went in vain as I was denied the same .
Honestly, lost trust in your brand after being a loyal customer for nearly a decade.

Hi, i have bought a black jeans from Bindals, Ghaziabad and after 2-3 washes its color faded to white and looking rubbuish now, what's the point of buying cloths of brand if they can't promise material quality to customers.
