I had bought a pair of jeans on 01/01/2019. It has been less than a month and the jeans are already torn near the inner thigh. This is totally unacceptable, i have spent 2000 rupees on a pair of jeans which haven't even lasted me a month. I made this purchase from mall of india, noida store. But on 9-6-19 when I visited the store to exchange the product the store keeper refused me to exchange by telling that in the morning time i.e. 11:45am the company have the policy they can’t exchange.
