Flying Machine — No support for service

Sir,
My washing machine is under amc. Last friday while washing the cloths some abnormal sound came.
1. I contact tool-free number, response is poor.
2. Under amc every 3 months dealer should come and check as per preventive maintenance but last 6 months n body came.
3. 18th i complaint through online and ticket number is : cb[protected], today one ticket received no is l [protected].
In our area normal movement is there and shops are opened.
4. Almost my amc 6 months wasted.
Please organise technician to resole the problem.
