Flyking Courier — Misbehave & courier Person asking to collect courier from office

My C.No:[protected], dt. 01.06.2015, despacted from Rourkela(Odisha) to Jajpur Road(Odisha). The courier person asking me to collect the courier from courier office & when I have visited today at 7PM (Eve), they told that our person has left & we are busy in despatching the couriers & asking me to come tomorrow. We are not expecting such a behaviour from Flyking person, Fly king is the cheapest & reliable courier service that every one knows, such type of attitude gave me fully disheartened. I am in urgent of the courier as it contains some docs of medical treatment. kindly advice & help me in this matter.
