I have sent the above documents by AIR from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi because that document was very important & quick delivery. Still after 15 days of booked item hasn't delivered at location. I want delivery the item as soon as possible and also want justice for delay delivery.
After following up from last three days, but nobody are responding, nor delivery the document. its very important & urgent document. I want compensation from Flyking for delay & negligence service.

On the 22nd of November 2023, I dispatched a crucial packet to Gangapur City, PIN: 322201, Rajasthan, via your services from the Kalbadevi Road branch in Mumbai. Regrettably, to date, the packet has not been delivered, and despite multiple attempts to seek information and resolution through follow-ups, I have not received any response from your company.

Hello, I have my parcel which is coming from Kolkata to Forbesganj, Bihar which was shipped on 25th September, but still there is no update, pls deliver my product as that parcel was too important

I had sent an important packet to Deoghar, Jharkhand through Flyking Courier Service, Master Canteen, Bhubaneswar but same is not yet delivered since 22.09.2022. Nobody from Company are responding after several follow ups.

My important documents which I booked on 27 July 2022 at Raipur.. to Hyderabad but it's been 9 days and parcel not delivered to destination my consignment no is[protected]

Consignment[protected] not delivered from 29th and when contacted than a person from bhilai office [protected] said we need to fill customer registration @ Rs.10/-.

How can we fill customer registration without information.

Courier package sent from Jamshedpur to Pune has reached Pune by 6th/7th dec but flyking courier person is not delivering our package and asking extra money. After getting the package also they did not call and after couple of days when we called the pune office for status they are asking money and even when agreed to pay extra they are not delivering package. They are alao telling the package is damaged. Seems like they are purpousfully delaying and damaging package. Totally unprofessional and idiotic behaviour from courier people!!! Worst courier service experience so far. This seems be repeating frequently for courier sent from this courier company to Pune, Mumbai, Erode. Seems local issue but its more of thier nature across India branch. Bunch of Stupids and mooney hungry beggers!!

Pune flyking center guy mr.Gopal Somani is one of the biggest begger hear his talk in call recording attached..they have internal issue amoung courier but they making customers package as ransom for thier in-fighting.

My courier is posted on 29th december from jodhpur with courier no.[protected], and till now on 1st feb. i didn't get any courier or detail, and also i am not able to track that consignment. and the worst thing is that the website of this courier service is unreachable from last 3 days or more. i also tried to call there customer care no. yesterday, but there is no respond to any call on all no.'s

I am trying to track the status of my parcel, but after 09/10/2020 there in no status change or update.

I have tried to reach out to the number provided on website and also over whatsapp but I am not getting proper response.

As per discussed with delivery boy mobile ([protected]) and hub manager ([protected]) parcel didn't receive till now and they said now service is not available in location and request to receive nearest location. But as per schedule delivery boy is not reach the nearest location and didn't respond satisfied reason and reply to return parcel. Please follow up otherwise go to consumer forum.

This is bring to your kind knowledge that we was sent the courier in our company doc cell Jaipur in the name of Mr . Lokesh Kumar through POD no[protected] on date 31/05/2019 through your company courier agent Ajay Kumar, located at Ferozepur city . But till date courier is not delivered to destination and not retured to us . I have discussed many times to courier agent regarding courier but he gives us no proper response regarding courier . So yor are requested to kindly help us to find out the courier in which our important documents .

I have sent that parcel since 12 July and today is 24th July . If a delivery location of Delhi is taking as much time then how it can be delivered to a village or out of a country.very worst situation.this should be rectified.

I have sent a parcel from raipur to kesinga on date[protected], consinment no.[protected] but till now we did not get the parcel in kesinga. We inquire from your raipur representative in the contact no [protected]. After 3-4 days inquiry your raipur representative told us that the parcel was already delivered. But till now we did not get the paecel.. We request you to seaech my parcel and delivered in the proper address as soon as possible

I have parcel a courier of around 3.6kgs on 22nd March, 2019 from Flyking courier services in Daryaganj, New Delhi for Lucknow, U.P.
This is the most disgusting courier services I have ever dealt with ... It’s been 8 days & there is no response regarding my package ..
First of all these guys have no courtesy to receive calls & in rare cases even if they receive then the ladies replying are totally ill in talking, instead of satisfying the queries they simply yell onn first & then forward some new nos.
Why the hell these guys think that the customer is a fool ...
Anyways ... if I won’t get any quick response from your end ...then take some strict action

On 29-1-19 vide id no[protected] sent for jaipur which has not been delivered till date that is 5-2-19 7:41 pm we requested to booking agent so many time on phone but he has refused the request i have suffered my reputation due to non delivery of the courier on time in my in laws family because courier was sent for vishal husband of my brother in law"s daughter who has gone to surat today from jaipur due to that i lost my reputation in front of vishal ji

Order #[protected] was sent to flyking to be sent from delhi to imphal somewhere in october 2016. This was chandelier purchased from delhi of vaue about inr 15000 and the shop owner initiated the courier through flyking. During the time, due to road blockage, upon tracking flyking informed that it will take time to deliver until the road blockage is lifted. There were no further updates from flyking until november. Immediately after i had to leave for my project to australia. Also please note that no one could provide contacts for the delivery courier service at imphal. Multiple calls to guwahati, kolkata and delhi yielded nothing. One month back upon arrival from sydney, i started following up and chasing the docket, as per the flyking website it still says "forwarded to imphal". I contacted delhi contact of flyking and they didn't have any information, i contacted guwahati, they also had no information. I went and tried searching for the contacts in manipur offices, but none could provide any valid update except for the statement"we don't ve any information". One executive from kolkata office did mentioned that the courier indeed reached imphal on november 12th with the manifest #34420. Since there is no dedicated office at imphal, there is no trace which office had received this courier and where it is currently. I would like to claim the item or compensation and settlement with them at the earliest possible
