Order #[protected] was sent to flyking to be sent from delhi to imphal somewhere in october 2016. This was chandelier purchased from delhi of vaue about inr 15000 and the shop owner initiated the courier through flyking. During the time, due to road blockage, upon tracking flyking informed that it will take time to deliver until the road blockage is lifted. There were no further updates from flyking until november. Immediately after i had to leave for my project to australia. Also please note that no one could provide contacts for the delivery courier service at imphal. Multiple calls to guwahati, kolkata and delhi yielded nothing. One month back upon arrival from sydney, i started following up and chasing the docket, as per the flyking website it still says "forwarded to imphal". I contacted delhi contact of flyking and they didn't have any information, i contacted guwahati, they also had no information. I went and tried searching for the contacts in manipur offices, but none could provide any valid update except for the statement"we don't ve any information". One executive from kolkata office did mentioned that the courier indeed reached imphal on november 12th with the manifest #34420. Since there is no dedicated office at imphal, there is no trace which office had received this courier and where it is currently. I would like to claim the item or compensation and settlement with them at the earliest possible
