Flyking Courier Services — my parcel hasn't been delivered yet since 12 days

Very poor courier service I have seen
Parcel is taking much time to be delivered
Customer care no given also not connecting
I have sent that parcel since 12 July and today is 24th July . If a delivery location of Delhi is taking as much time then how it can be delivered to a village or out of a country.very worst situation.this should be rectified.
