Flyking Courier Services — not receiving the courier on time with prior dealy

We had sent a courier from kolkata to coimbatore. The date of the courier is 16/08/2017 which was received there in coimbatore on 19/08/2017. The party where the address was given it hasnt reached there. And when i contacted the coimbatore number[protected] they said that it is out of their coverage area. If the courier will not be receiving by today then i would have to lodge a complain in consumer court. My docket number is[protected].

I have called to [protected] Baripada FLY King but they told that they are not dealing Flyking but in website the above number was showing as Flyking Baripada office number.Pls give the exact number of Flyking, Baripada.
