I am poorva khator from bangalore. i have placed order numbered FBR150054 for a dress on flyrobe on rent on 26th January 2019. These people have taken rent plus INR 3000 refundable deposit from me.

dress was collected in January itself. I am chasing these people from last 6 month for my deposit refund but these guys were postponing it continuously. there are almost 50 mails exchanged between me and their support team.

I have mail confirmations for refund of deposit. but still have not received same.

these people are cheating customers.

Request you to help m in this matter.

I have given my lehenga, they are not paying what they promised, and not returning my lehenga

They setup an website to track the lehenga, now it is not working neither they are responding my emails

I want my lehenga, with the same condition that i sent.

This service is fradulent, needs to be blocked

Hi,
it has been three months but i didn't get my refund. i even called in their customer care department for refund but they said that you will get your money within 3-4 days. and now their customer care is also not answering my calls. They are such a big time cheater. now i will never rent clothes form flyrobe.
