These are the two items or product I have given to flyrobe to put them on rent .its being one year now, when I checked my account through the credentials which they have provided it shows zero earnings.
How is this possible with such a long time, no one has taken any of the items on rent .
They are totally fraud, they uses our product and earn all money in their account .

I want both items back .

I have already given my outfit to Flyrobe for business purpose I.e. “rent your outfit on website & earn money”. When asked them for return they are saying that owner is changed, contact previous owner. They have provided invalid email I’d which is not reachable also not returning the money

I rented out a dress to Flyrobe in 2017, Now that u want my dress back, they completely denied and said the dress was is not with them.

Outfit never returned

The outfit number FRES12492-M-29006 is due for return since October 2018. I have sent several emails regarding the same, but there is no response from your end. It is an absolutely irresponsible behaviour. What kind of customer service Is this, where the customer is going through loss of outfit and mental peace, torture and harrassment???? And that too since a year and a half!! We request you to either return the outfit or pay its cost. Else we will have no option left apart from going to consumer court. Please consider it and do the needful ASAP.

I had hiven my sherwani to flyrobe for renting and they had promised that it will be delievered back to me after 1 year.
Till now no confirmation has been given bu them even after many reminders.
Visited there rajori garden outlet also but of no use.

The issue that I have experienced was: I had given two outfits for rent on Flyrobe but I have been following up with the Flyrobe team to return my products since last 8 months but all in vain.
Their website is down and they are not even responding to my emails or phone calls. I don't even know what have they done with my wedding outfits

I have this garment rented with flyrobe under their 'earn with us' scheme and i have not received my payment since june19.
And
As per scheme after 1 year i should be getting my garment back. I have not received my gardment yet. I have rented the garment from oct 18.
They don't reply to email, call, facebook or instagram chat either.

I had placed 2 orders with flrobe (Aark world pvt. Ltd.) on 26-nov-19 and 30-nov-19 for inr 21, 000 and inr 13, 814 respectively.in january, 2020 i was informed that my second order worth inr 13, 814 is cancelled due to unavailability of the product and the refund would be completed within 14 days from then. My second order was delivered on 13-feb-20 and was picked up on 18-feb-20. The rental for the second garment was inr 12, 000 and the security deposit was inr 9, 000. Ideally, inr (13, 814 +9000) should have been refunded to me by end of february. However, i kept on calling the team / customer care and they assured that they would refund the money by mid-march. It is september now and i have not received any money from them till now. They are refusing to refund my money back and say that the "management" is going to reach out to me - but unfortunately no one ever from the senior management team called me back to resolve my issue. Their promises are fake and ms. Anchal saini was supposed to look into this matter personally - but i have not heard anything favourable from her yet. They have been harassing me to get my own money back from them and are proposing obnoxious solutions. Ideally, they should be paying me back the principal+interest for the past 7 months. But they have no intention to resolve this matter.

My order number is fdr184463. I ordered a suit from them for rent in february 2020 and paid rs.2499 as security money. Next day they cancelled my order and it's been now 7 months and they haven't yet refunded my security money.
I have written numerous emails to them and they are always saying they will resolve the issue in 30 days. Flyrobe is pathetic.

I had placed an order on 31st january 2020 with a security deposit of inr 1500 and canceled it on 1st february. Today is 8th august 2020 and they have not returned my money even after multiple emails and communication on phone and their instagram handle. Nobody responds. They mention that due to covid19 they have not processed it, but they have provided the worst service.

My name is Timothee HUSSON. On the 14th of February 2020 I placed an order with Flyrobe for 5 garments to be delivered on the 20th of Feb 2020 and paid for them by card for a total of INR 25595. Out of these 5 garments 3 were cancelled by Flyrobe, I was supposed to receive a refund for INR 13597 within 15 days. I never received this refund to date despite many promises via emails, calls, whatsapps, etc of refund from them since then! They blamed it on tech issue, on a restruturation within the company, on a delivery issue but the refund was never proocessed.
Two garments were delivered they were supposed to be picked up on the 23/02/2020, but they never were. Those two garments are still with me. On one of these garments, there was a deposit of INR 3000 which also needs to be refunded.

Flyrobe is a Fraud company (even their website and customer care doesnt work) please don't rent from there you will never get your money back, if you have doubts about my comment just check the Facebook group Fraud flyrobe. Officially there are over 2000 (from their own words in email) customers waiting for refunds, or waiting for their clothes back! This experience ruined my wedding.

I can share the full copy of the email exchanges, whatsapp chats, and phone call records if necessary.

From last 2months i am continuously calling them after every 15 days for the refund, but they always make a fake commitment that they are not replying to my mail and their number is not working. " but they are fraud.

Still, i am doing follow up with them.

I deposit 12500 amount of security at the time of rented a dress but I haven’t receive my security amount as per their policy which should be processed within a week but almost 5 months has completed no one bother to respond me on mails and pickup my phone calls I have two bills in which they mentioned amount to be paid by them to me

Placed an order for renting one lahenga on january, order number : order fdr182826. I had cancelled the order. So ideally as per flyrobe's policy i am expecting a refund of 1500 within 5-7 days. But it's been 2 months they haven't refunded my money. First they emailed they will refund within 5-7 days. Latter they stopped replying me over email.

My sherwani was given on rent to Flyrobe on 25th October 2018 for a term of 1 year.

The last email i received from them was on 28th February 2019, and after that there is no communication from then. Ideally, 25th October 2019 is when they should have returned me back my dress. I tried signing into their website by the given credentials, but the link is disabled.
I have been trying to call their number and reach them on email, but no response.

I have order 2 dresses, security amount of two dresses, order id - fdr176326 and mdr176542c1, haven't received yet according to their policu security amount should be refunded within one week, after so many reminder mails and calls they are not refunding my amount, please do needful, after so many reminder mails they are not arranging a call whenever i use to call them they seem busy sometime they picked me up and put me on hold but again the query is unsolved, its a huge amount which cannot be bearable. Every time they make excuse that their is tecnical issue if they are facing such kind of issues then how they are running their bisuness i have sent them a mail of my account details too to refund the amount on this account but no refund received yet. I have ordered a product from flyrobe company and then after i cancelled it because of size issue and then after i requested to flyrobe company for refund but they are not providing me refund of my money it is been 1.5 months since i've not received my money and the company is not responding my phone calls

My outfit-was given to FLYROBE to list for rent on their webstie (https://flyrobe.com). Since 15 May 2019, my outfit is showing as "STUCK". I am unable to get a resolution from FLYROBE team since 6 month now. FLYROBE team is making false promises to resolve the issue but not responding for a month and even after that i get a response that they are working with their logistics team.
Flyrobe you guys are ridiculous. I am trying to reach you guys since last week to get my dress back, but the reply i got just shattered me. They are saying my dress are already gin back to me but i have received no calls, no mails and neither my dress.

I have given my 3 outfits on rent. I haven’t received my payment since 8 months and flyrobe team is not responding to my email. This is highly unprofessional.. They are still giving my outfits on rent but not giving me payment.
My money is pending with flyrobe.
Till september they were saying that they had some technical issues and then now no one is responding

I want to get the refund of the security deposit of my dress taken on rent from flyrobe.
Pick up was scheduled on 8th november from ludhiana.
No pickup is done.
Not refund initiated.
Customer support agents are very rude and ruthless.
One of the guy kaushal he shared a pick up tracking id[protected] but this also is fake and invalid.

These guys are not uniform and speak utter nonsense whenever reached on call.
First it takes 2 hr waiting on call to speak to them and on top of that they answer n disconnects

I have given my outfit to flyrobe since July 2017. Initially they told me they will showcase the product for 3 months, if it doesn't go on rental they shall send it back to me. I was also assigned a merchant dashboard, but no update on the product.
Dashboard shows 0 earnings, 0 times gone on rent.
Called Customer care a number of times, they say they will get back on this, but till date they never did.
I wrote mails also to them, but no reply.
Till date (Oct 19) it's been more than 2 years and I have no update..
Flyrobe cheated me and stole my product

Its been 3-4 months now. Complain id: 264217. I didnt received my outfit and last payment amount rs.1509. They had send me the wrong outfit and they took that but later no followups. Every time when i call they say they are forwarding this case to senior person. But then they do nothing. I have already filed the complain but they are not taking it seriously.

I had to cancel the order as they mentioned the dress i ordered was not available in size. Now i have been chasing for refund since 8 june but they are not giving any update on refund. They are totally cheaters.

I had to cancel the order as they mentioned the dress I ordered was not available in size. Now I have been chasing for refund since 8 June but they are not giving any update on refund. They are totally cheaters.

The outfits received for the mentioned order id are received in bad and crumpled condition. The cover of the dresses were filled in dust.

The pink and gold jiya by veer lehenga has come with a dupatta which is much shorter in length for a lehenga and does not look like its of the same set.

I have ordered multiple times from flyrobe, very dissatisfied this time.

Pls arrange refund of the pink lehenga at the earliest.

I am poorva khator from bangalore. i have placed order numbered FBR150054 for a dress on flyrobe on rent on 26th January 2019. These people have taken rent plus INR 3000 refundable deposit from me.

dress was collected in January itself. I am chasing these people from last 6 month for my deposit refund but these guys were postponing it continuously. there are almost 50 mails exchanged between me and their support team.

I have given my lehenga to them almost an year ago & although it shows that it has been given on rent atleast thrice but we havent received any payment so much so that they aren't eve returning my lehenga back. Their customer service sucks to the core & have no clue about anything. They have no interface for sellers & are outrightly duping people at both ends.

I had placed order on november 23, 2018 through flyrobe order no: fmr144155 zayah lehenga of rs.1799/- on rental basis with delivery date november 30, 2018 wherein my event was scheduled for december 1st and december 2nd.

Measurements were done on november 25, 2018 and assured delivery date was november 30, 2018. When i called up customer service on 30/11/18 in afternoon i was told it will be delivered by 8pm and not to worry. When same was not delivered again i approached flyrobe customer service and they assured me it will be received before my function next day before 10am. However, same was not delivered and i was fooled by customer service. Around 12pm on 01/12/2018 i was informed after many calls that it will not be delivered and suggested me to go and do shopping with various terms and conditions when my family wedding was supposed to start at 2pm.. Which i denied and asked for refund to which they confirmed it will be done in 4 days to which i agreed. However, same was not done till date and i have been following up continuously and same false promises are given. On december 8, i was confirmed via call as well as on email that refund will be given within 48hrs. But even after more than 78 hours, no refund is been processed n credited to my account.

Funniest part was they attempted delivery on december 5th even after so many complaints raised by me since november 30, 2018.

I hereby seek compensation of rs. 5000/- for spoiling my event and family function along with full refund of rs. 1799/-.

I booked sherwani on rent on 13th april . 2018. Their staff was extremely rude.They billed me for 24000 rs out of which 8000 rs was refundable. When I returned sherwani they told me you would get 8000 rs as refund if quality check passed. But after 10 days also I did not get any message from them for any refund.On 27th may when I called their customer care to refund the security deposit of 8000 rs they said your amount is forfeited due ti haldi stain .

They are fraudsters if you see over the net they never return the security deposits many people have same complaints .
