Flywidus — Payment not received

Sir, an internet based travel agency, "Flywidus" duped me of money. Lured by the discount it provides I booked a roundtrip flight from srinagar to jammu on 7/11/2016. But after i did the payment of Rs. 4843, it showed that the transaction failed, though the money from my account were transacted. I didn't get any kind of invoice for it. After contacting the agency, they told that there's some error in the ticket and so they will refund my money in 3-4 days time. They emailed a screenshot of page with option mentioning refund of my money. But I haven't got any refund. Checking its facebook page I got to know that I am not the only one duped, there are many others. It's my earnest request to you please take the fraudulents to task and help me get my money back.
