I am an agent since last 3yrs of Flywidus. But since lockdown there customer support is worst then ever. Neither they received call nor reply to mail. most of the CC No. is out of service. Refund process also poor. last year in Covid-19 my 2ticket refund not be made. Irtct refund take more than 3month.

I have bad experience in Flight Booking. they dont provide any commission too.
Now recent I apply for other agency for Flight & IRCTC booking.

    never take any services from flywidus - false company

    Today i booked a flight and payment have been taken and ticket status is pending when i called on customer care they says price bad gaya hai, we can't ive ticket on this price, i am surprise after taking payment online by credit card how price changed.

    When i told refund the amount instantly i will book from make my trip then saying its account department issue and will take around a week, who knows i will receive this payment...

    Sir, an internet based travel agency, "Flywidus" duped me of money. Lured by the discount it provides I booked a roundtrip flight from srinagar to jammu on 7/11/2016. But after i did the payment of Rs. 4843, it showed that the transaction failed, though the money from my account were transacted. I didn't get any kind of invoice for it. After contacting the agency, they told that there's some error in the ticket and so they will refund my money in 3-4 days time. They emailed a screenshot of page with option mentioning refund of my money. But I haven't got any refund. Checking its facebook page I got to know that I am not the only one duped, there are many others. It's my earnest request to you please take the fraudulents to task and help me get my money back. There phone nos. are[protected],[protected], [protected]. Please sir I'm writing with lots of hope.

      Today dated 19 september 2016 - i sent request to hold ticket for delhi to abuja, nigeria after i checked the fare online in flywidus portal and via travel portal which is 96000 around including everything but i got reply with the holding pnr by chinki details given below :

      After this i sent email mentioning that why so much difference where chinki replied this is the lowest when i am too online with turkish airlines portal fare, in the same time followed by one staff mentioning that the price should be this 50786 and 57808 under same pnr fooling that seat type has been changed now the price is this which is impossible in this process.. let me tell you - in this field, i have experiences of 6 years in this booking ticket - now how comes one same pnr will have two pricing and truth is this when we change seats type again with different price the new pnr should be resulted - it always changed. now wow to staff for fooling me and bluffing agent who is trying to work with you. i have booked that ticket using my other portal in 94226 - chinki price is[protected] and another staff price under same pnr - 108594 (diff - 14368) under same type. now please give me one answer how staff are bluffing agents to loot money and playing us when we have blind trust under agreed deal.

        There was a flight ticket booked on dated 27-Dec-2015, using site Flywidus.com whose id is FB2712S3XLXD and respective amount (INR 7610) got deducted. Even after deduction of amount from my account, ticket was not confirmed. After that I got a phone call from Flywidus' customer care and they told that ticket fair got increased, and to confirm the ticket needs to pay extra amount which was around INR 3, 000/-. I was not willing to pay this extra amount and asked to cancel and refund the amount which was deducted from my account. Flywidus' customer care people told that it will get refunded within 2 days(i.e. 30th Dec 2015). But since I did not got my amount back in my account till 3rd Jan 2016, I called to customer care and asked about the status of refund process, then they told "In another 2 days you will get amount back in your account". But till 7th Jan 2016 I did not got my amount and then I suspect that Flywidus voice call customer care people misleading the customer, so I thought to send an e-mail to Flywidus' customer care. So, on 7th Jan 2016 I sent an email stating the issue and asked to specify refund date. I got a reply with their words "Sorry for delaying in your refund, you will receive your refund with in 02 working days". Till 11th Jan 2016 I did not got amount, so I replied again asking about the date of refund. After that no response/email from customer care people. I put up a reminder on 12th Jan 2016. But I never got any reply from flywidus' customer care end.

          While Booking Tickets I enquired and told them to quote me best flight booking Price, with Cancellation charges & Specifically mentioned No Hidden Charges PLZ. They Quoted Rs.4200/- Booking Charges & Cancellation Charges of Rs.2400/-. Booking was very smooth. But Unfortunately I had to cancel tickets, Now they are saying there were mistake in quoting Cancellation Charges AND also Tickets are Non-Refundable. Whenever I call, they say will look into the matter and Call, Still waiting for their call. Till Now I have called 5 times.

            Date of Incident - May 29, 2015 Air Ticket Booking Id - FB29057Y3CJV Cancellation reference ID : FC3005EAK8IC I booked my ticket through flywidus.com. At the time of booking the amount was RS. 13, 496.00. Afterwards they told me that I need pay extra 1000 rs for getting the ticket confirm. Till now I not paid the extra 1000 rs, but they confirmed my ticket. So I requested for cancellation at the time they told me that your ticket is confirmed and the amount is NON-REFUNDABLE, If I cancel the ticket I'll get only 900. When I was booking its shown the amount is REFUNDABLE. I requested to refund the amount.

              I have purchased a coupon from Groupon. I am unable to book through flywidus portal. When I called the customer support, they are not responding properly. While Spicejet website is showing as Rs 8799 but this flywidus website is showing multiple fares

                I HAD SEEN AN OFFER OF Rs.400 off on booking tickets through flywidius.com . Hence I decided to do a recharge of more than 400 rs to avail that offer . However, when I did a recharge and when I received my coupons, they had sent me a coupon FLYFree for use in flywidius.com . When we use the coupon in flywidius.com instead of 400 rs, only 80 rs is getting discounted . When flywidius was contacted regarding the same, the representative is telling that there has been a mistake from their side that they did not inform freecharge.in regarding the full terms and conditions of the offer and that he has sent some mail to freecharge.in regarding the same . Hence now end of the day, the coupon I have purchased has gone waste because the website is not willing to provide the service that he had promised me for ( VIA Mail in coupon with terms and conditions ) . Thereby neverthless of whose mistake it has been, end effect is that the end customer (me) has been cheated by these companies . I regret trusting freecharge.in . I want the companies to revert back on my mail (given below) with a justifying reason as to why they are mis leading customers n this manner and they have to show me the way that I get my 400 Rs back on the One flight booking I am currently interested in .
