Order was not delivered on time and they failed to fulfill the order. Promised to deliver by or before 3pm but by the time the function was over with cake we we had to buy from a shop nearby. Moreover till 2.50pm nobresponse and the deadline was 3pm. They told me that they weren't able to deliver by 3pm and told me that they would deliver by 5pm but still failed to deliver by 5pm again. First they didn't deliver as expected, as promised in the selected time slot and secondly by 5pm also couldn't. Thirdly we had to buy from a shop as all people came for function. Fourthly now they are asking me to read your policies, clearly knowing that they weren't supporting the customer and you are money minded. Now 1116 rs is loss. Either you refund the amount or compensate with they must refund or compensate with with the coupon for the same. I called more than 4times and mailed several times still same response.
