[Resolved] Focuskart.com — No delivery date given on puchase | |||||
I ordered Freshlook contact lenses but no update has yet been given to me as when will they be delivered and no one is picking up phone or responding back to my emails. My Order id is 1324. When I was buying it, I was in an impression that they would deliver it timely and give me a delivery date like lenskart does. Lenskart delievers the same day it is been requested but here the delivery date has not been updated, I have not been given a tracking id to track it. I have a bad experience dealing with Focuskart.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 17, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I am very sorry to have put up this complaint here but the focuskart people called me a number of times to provide me with a date and also the package reached on time, I am very thankful to you. The delivery date was not mentioned on website when I was shopping but they called me to inform on every step of it, Thanks again Focuskart. | |||||
