I purchase eyeglasses from lenskart with their good quality lenses with anti scratch and anti break..my order now i used my glasses properly. anti scratch lenses are heavily scratched within 4-5 months of light usage. Lenskart kindly take a note of the same and provide me some relief as it is plain cheating on your part to provide subbstandard products in the name of premium lenses which are so heavily scratched even with little to no usage...

Order no - [protected] dated 01 Feb 2025 by the name of ADITIYA, I had purchased two power spectacles for my son. Out of that one of the power glasses (Blue Full Rim Round John Jacobs product id 213688) frame got cracked and broken. And when I asked for repair or replacement for the same. I ordered specs from Lenskart Mahabubnagar showroom. The staff clearly promised delivery by Aug 5/6, but it’s Aug 3 and the app still shows delivery by Aug 7, and the order isn’t even dispatched.
It's very important for me at the moment, only because of the claim I proceeded to order !
Lenskart must be held accountable for false delivery promises. Please resolve this immediately.

I placed my order in person, in a store on the 31st of July. I got a text with the OTP for receiving the delivery on the 1st of August. However, I was not contacted for the delivery, I simply got a message on the 2nd of August saying that my order has been delivered.

This is with regards to my order ID [protected] which I had ordered from the Lenskart Store. To my dissatisfaction I had returned both the products (reading glasses) on the 4th July 2025. The team said my refund would be processed and credited immediately. But it's 10 days today and I have not received my refund yet. It's a huge amount of approx Rs. 7500/- and I have been waiting for my refund since then. I am highly disappointed...

I placed two orders on 14th May 2025 from Lenskart:

Both were cancelled at the Lenskart store, and I was assured the refund would be credited within 12 hours.
I only received one refund, but the second refund (Order #[protected]) is still pending, despite 5+ days of continuous follow-up.

I had ordered a spec and got message that ' order is out for delivery' from DTDC (with a OTP) and after sometimes got another message that LENSKART order V98543281 is delivered though no one contacted me from yesterday (22nd March, 2025) . Even in Lenskart order status is showing 'delivered'. There is no way to complain about delivery agency in the order status.
