    My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM'.
    I had a very bad experience with lenskart, I need a solution for this problem.

    I think purchasing 4000rs specs from this company is worthless. They take extra money from you in the name of insurance and when you go for claim they give you lame excuses and don't give you any claim....

    I made a payment of Rs 3, 024 rs for my order, the same got debited from my account at the same time. All this happened on 27th Sept, 2022. The problem started when their server had issues and they did not receive the amount.     We visited lenskart store in Manjalpur Vadodara on 29th September but since there was some software glitch related to offers and to our surprise they asked us to leave and said will fix the problem and call back within 24 hours but it has since been more than 48 hours without any return call.

    I guess this is what is called arrogance and monopolistic attitude....

    Lenskart — Refund not received after nearly 1 month

    My order id is [protected] as on 7.9.22
    Soon after I cancelled it and I was promised refund within 14 days.
    They failed in doing so.
    The customer care has a bunch o[censored]seless brainless people who literally have no idea how to deal with this.
    They are asking me to wait for 24-48 hours each time I am trying to contact them with this issue....

    The delivery committed was 30 september 2022.

    I received a information regarding delay in delivery with message of "delay in power confirmation"

    I had paid an amount of 2251 Rs on 12/04/22.The app is showing as the payment is pending.I contacted the customer care and each day they will say to wait for 24-48 hrs.Today is the fifth day from the payment.Yet they doesn't have a proper reply....

    This issue is regarding the employee named Mohd Saqib who works in the Kamla Nagar Banglow Road store of Lanskart New Delhi. We went to the store regarding an issue that we were facing after receiving our order. He was extremely rude to us. Taunted us. Didn't help us at all....

    My self Mahesh Kumar purchased eyeglass on 13.09.2022 against order ID [protected]. Frame quality is very poor.
    Visiblibity is also very poor while using eyeglass. Difficult to use such type of poor quality eyeglass. I want my refund....

    I have returned my eyeglasses because frame has got rust and corrosion. Lenskart has taken back the eyeglasses. Now when I am ordering new eyeglasses, they cannot provide service where they used to provide service. Store locator is about 90 KM from my location and I need bear the travel expense(about 300-400 Rs.). Now the eyeglasses costing about 2100. They can pick up the old eyeglasses but cannot service the new eyeglasses on same location....

    I exchange my frame with new frame. In new frame it gets loose in every 3 days. I received it on 28 aug and visited to store 4 time and store representative told me you have to bear this problem or else throw it.

      After taking order - Promised Delivery date is 8th Sep 2022. Out of 2 items, only 1 item has been delivered. As the APP shows that 2nd item is also delivered to the store.

      Executives says that it cannot be given to customer today.

      Had been to lenskart store, one of attender fixed my glasses[loosened frame] horribly.
      I went and asked at store for faulty correction. They told me to buy a new pair of glasses, since they can't repair it anymore.
      I need new specs, because o[censored]a staff negligence my glasses are of no use now
