Deficiency in Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart regarding my recent orders (#[protected] and #[protected]).
Although the products were eventually delivered, the overall service was far below expectations. There were significant delays in processing and dispatch without proper explanation. Tracking updates were unclear and often unavailable, which made it difficult to know the actual status of the orders.

I want correct invoice on patient name

Service and store location

THIRD CLASS SERVICE AND THIRD CLASS STORE LOCATION
Third-class store location (no parking for customers) and third-class staff on duty in the morning 10.30 am.
Arguments:-
1. Store open, but they say not opened 10.30 am
2. System does not start @ 10.30 am
3. came at 11 am.

Complaint Regarding Incorrect Lens Features and Additional Charge

I placed an order at the Lenskart store in Trivandrum for two glasses — one power glass and one zero-power glass. I specifically requested blue light protection for both lenses and made the payment accordingly.

I purchase eyeglasses from lenskart with their good quality lenses with anti scratch and anti break..my order now i used my glasses properly. anti scratch lenses are heavily scratched within 4-5 months of light usage. Lenskart kindly take a note of the same and provide me some relief as it is plain cheating on your part to provide subbstandard products in the name of premium lenses which are so heavily scratched even with little to no usage...

Not received case to keep spectacles

False claim at the store for faster delhivery

I ordered specs from Lenskart Mahabubnagar showroom. The staff clearly promised delivery by Aug 5/6, but it’s Aug 3 and the app still shows delivery by Aug 7, and the order isn’t even dispatched.
It's very important for me at the moment, only because of the claim I proceeded to order !
Lenskart must be held accountable for false delivery promises. Please resolve this immediately.

I placed my order in person, in a store on the 31st of July. I got a text with the OTP for receiving the delivery on the 1st of August. However, I was not contacted for the delivery, I simply got a message on the 2nd of August saying that my order has been delivered.

I would ideally like my order delivered or refunded. Thank you

    Refund not received for my return order

    This is with regards to my order ID [protected] which I had ordered from the Lenskart Store. To my dissatisfaction I had returned both the products (reading glasses) on the 4th July 2025. The team said my refund would be processed and credited immediately. But it's 10 days today and I have not received my refund yet.
