I have ordered two eyeglasses on 13 April 2024 and delivery date is 16 April 2024 but not delivered and even it is not dispatched yet...

I had placed an order for glasses (Order ID: [protected]) on the Lenskart App. Initially the payment failed on the app despite money being deducted from my credit card. The second time, the payment went through and money was again deducted from my card. Need you to look into this and resolve at the earliest....

I had placed an order for VC E13447-C6 eye glasses on 11th Feb 2024 and was supposed to get another frame (VC E13111-C5) free. Accordingly I was charged 4150 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. He took 1000 for spec and didn't return and even raised the mail to lenskart and informed ragavendra ZSM of lenskart in Bangalore till now they is any update and they didn't resolve my issue. Even that cheater is not responding to my call. This issue has to been taken seriously who is cheating the peoples....
