I own a Lenskart Air frame from 2021, and recently on 18th Aug 2026, I've ordered a lens replacement on my frame. I ordered Owndays Japan BLU+iShield+Photochromatic non-breakable lenses. I picked up the order from Phoenix Whitefield Bengaluru store on 27th Aug 2026. I used the glasses for 1 day and on 28th Aug, the lenses broke from the punch hole part of my rimless frame. Later the Lenskart store in Phoenix, Chennai confirmed that it was...

I am writing this to warn other customers about the pathetic service, medical negligence, and harassment I faced at Lenskart Davanagere Store (AM Arcade, Vidyarthi Bhavan Circle).
Wrong Eye Power: The optometrist provided a completely incorrect eye prescription. After facing severe eye strain, I consulted a qualified hospital eye specialist, who confirmed a massive variance in SPH, CYL, and Axis values compared to Lenskart's report....

I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from a Lenskart store under Order No. [protected], placed on 19 April 2026. Both pairs of glasses were manufactured based on the eye test conducted by the Lenskart store.
Before purchasing these glasses, I had been using spectacles with a prescription of approximately -1.25 and -1.75, through which I was able to see comfortably. During the eye test at Lenskart, I was informed that my prescription...

I wanted to share my experience with Lenskart and seek advice on whether their proposed resolution is fair.
On 21 June, I visited a Lenskart store with three frames. One of my Sky Blue Hustlr glasses had a screw issue. The staff member said it wasn’t rust, removed the temple arm, and spent around 10 minutes trying to put it back together but couldn’t. He repeatedly asked me to leave the glasses at the store, but I refused because...

I am CA Navdeep Saraogi from Ahmedabad. I am filing this public complaint regarding my Lenskart order number [protected].

I ordered three eyewear products after updating my prescription: single vision glasses, tinted single vision glasses, and progressive glasses. I had clearly informed the Lenskart store that I was leaving for a 15-day family trip beginning on 24 April 2026 and needed usable eyewear before travel.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart regarding my recent orders (#[protected] and #[protected]).
Although the products were eventually delivered, the overall service was far below expectations. There were significant delays in processing and dispatch without proper explanation. Tracking updates were unclear and often unavailable, which made it difficult to know the actual status of the orders.
Another major issue...

I purchased a product from Lenskart at Kollam Main Road in August 2025, and was promised a ₹690 benefit redeemable in a single transaction at any store by providing my mobile number and OTP. Due to urgency, I bought a new pair of spectacles, but when I tried to redeem the benefit at High School Junction, Kollam on 20th March 2026, the staff was unaware of the offer and initially refused. 2. System does not start @ 10.30 am
3. came at 11 am.
4. They are busy with mobiles.

I told him that I would never come again... and he is happy with that and says...

I placed an order at the Lenskart store in Trivandrum for two glasses — one power glass and one zero-power glass. I specifically requested blue light protection for both lenses and made the payment accordingly.

However, when I received the order, I noticed that the blue light filter was added only to the zero-power glass. I had clearly asked for the same feature in both glasses and paid for blue cut coating for both.

I ordered specs from Lenskart Mahabubnagar showroom. The staff clearly promised delivery by Aug 5/6, but it’s Aug 3 and the app still shows delivery by Aug 7, and the order isn’t even dispatched.
It's very important for me at the moment, only because of the claim I proceeded to order !
Lenskart must be held accountable for false delivery promises. Please resolve this immediately.
