[Resolved] Fonecare — Nexus 4 phone stopped working | |||
This is in regards with the worst service provided by phonecare team. I have submitted my google nexus 4 phone which was in a good condition wherein back screen touch was not working properly. They said the charge would applicable Rs. 4500.00 o change the displayed and i agree to pay by asking "Will it be a genuine part"..the girl named swati said yes sir. And that was the main reason i agreed to pay the amount. After 2 days i called and they said phone is ready, after their third class engineer's work i came to know they have used low grade screen display wherein notification light layer was missed..it is total unproffessional and the screen manned in very bad manner..i have re-submitted my phone to replace the display, as it is not genuine part. They have agreed and accepted my phone. After a long wait i have called for an update, response is that give us two more days..finally i went there and asked them for a refund and give me a phone how it was earlier, now the dumbo engineers did something and gave me a phone which is in pathetic condition, phone stopped working completely..now my phone is in mess condition..i do not know what to do..they have refunded Rs. 4500.00..but my phone stopped working completely..i want to take some action against this company, so that the rest of the people be aware and would not submit their high value handset to this kind off third class service company..
