Maine bhi abhi phone order kiya hai par smart move yeh hai ki i have selected Cash on delivery option... Ab phone aayega toh pehle dabba khol ke check karunga software information.. will not pay until fully satisfied with legitimate software... Aisi chhoti sites chahe fake ho ya na ho but never trust their policies at once... Cash on delivery option rakho, product aaye toh achhe se check karo & then proceed with the payment.. How can u trust them so easily that you spend your hard earned money for products that could well be fake ones & some people even transact with their credit or debit cards... Pehle product dekho yaar achhe se aur tab pay karo... Khush rahoge.. aur yahaan pe dukhi ho kar post nahi kar rahe hoge... Woh smart hain toh aap oversmart bano... God bless you all...

I have ordered total 10 mobiles from FONE ZONE not satisfied with any of the product, all the products are duplicate or used.
Among which below mentioned are very problematic.
- Battery is not available in Sony Ericsson C905 ( WiFi )
- Power bank is duplicate, in website it is shown as MI but what i received is not of MI
- Motorola RAZR V3 × 2 ) both the phones are not working.

I have ordered total 10 mobiles from FONE ZONE not satisfied with any of the product, all the products are duplicate or used.
Among which below mentioned are very problematic.

But to be honest the cell phones are totally disgusting and you waste my 250 riyal.
But Alhamdulillah you clear my doubt in 250. This is haraam seriously, why you told me that all phones are original.

Such a bad service, no respect for customer, no reply on all whatsapp, calls not picking, only saying "checking", "updating", "wait" thats it with zero progress.I booked for urgent delivery paying 50AED extra for delivery within 6 hours, but now 2 days passed they dam care about my urgency, no replying even if they are going to deliver or not, no stock in hand but they put all devices on earth. Such a shame for management.

Customer care number [protected] is disconnected now. Please if anyone, who is a victim of fraud from fonezone. PLease help, we can move to court against them & stop them doing wrong. After all Modi sarkar is on.
