Respected sir,
I purchased iphone 5s 16gb on 13thmay, 2019 from fonezone i prepaid rs.7860 through my debit card but i did not get the product, and the executive is not receiving my phone and he is not replying to my messages.

Please kindly look into it sir, i want refund please the contact numbers are available take necessary action.

I purchased a Nokia 107 phone form Fonezone. The price was Rs-1234. After placing the order, I realised that the phone was Refurbished. So I called their customer care and asked to cancel the order. They said, even its refurbished, it will be almost new. So I didn't cancel the order. But the received phone (116th December 2018) was very old and have many issues. So I contacted customer care and they asked to return it back. I sent the item on 17th December 2018. I got a call from Fonezone saying that they got the returned phone. And from that day, I am waiting for the refund. While writing this, the date is 4th January 2019. Still I didn't get the refund. Customer care of Fonezone is not even giving a proper reply

My son bought a blackberry from Fonezone online, it stopped working within two days.i was chasing them and got in touch with owner he refused to divulge any details
He guided his customer care people they away the phone smartly which was thoroughly checked by courier guy and then he gave the receipt.
