Dear sir
we were watching the movie Dabang 2 on 31 Dec 2012 show timings 6:15 pm seat no lounge A-25,24,23.the popcorn we were forced to purchase a minimum of Rs 100/ instead of small pack.During interval time for cold drink we were again told to buy combo pack of Rs 160/ instead of small cold drink .When we asked for tea we were told that coffee is there and coffee machine is out of order.In chill cold at 8.00 pm we were denied the coffee and we faced a lot of inconvenience in watching the movie for which we are paying entertainment tax also.
there is a violation of MRTP act 1969 also in supplying of popcorn.
please look into the matter
