[Resolved]  Itc Sunfeast — Less quantity

Dear Sir/ Madam I brought 12 packets (45gm cookies each) of sunfeast. I received a packet was contains only 2 biscuits. For above matter I sent email to itc, they called me back and said to me that they will replace my cookie packet. But they still not take any action about this matter. I request to many time but i can't got any replay. The packet is completely sealed and there is no evidence of leakage. I have proof for that. I still not open that cookie.
