I bought Dates on 4,Aug 2013 at Nuts & Spices Velachery branch. I had been purchasing there for last one year. But this time the dates are spoiled totally. There is a pungent smell and whole dates box is watery, sticking to the hands. It's definitely spoiled for sure. So, i took it back to the store with the bill. The store executive had turned away initially and then came back delaying me. His only answer for all my question is 'talk to customer care'. He has to liaise to customer care since he saw the product condition, how can he expect me to explain this all to the customer care. I cant keep the product at home, since the dates are stinking. I was not expecting for any refund, but at the least some respect could have done that. That arrogant guy has not respected at all.I had left the dates pack and bill at the store itself. Hereafter i wont go to any Nuts & Spices and i will duly recommend this to my friends. If at all the management or customer care is watching this forum, please take action. i felt that some thing is wrong with cumin seeds so i washed them in clean water and find it has a thin layer of mud after washing them i weight the seed it was not more than 450 grams from 1 kg so please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible
