Foodlicenseportal.org — No Refund on unused fssai renewal services

I wanted to renew my fssai license. I found them online and thought I was on the fssai portal (not familiar with online use) I went ahead and paid license fees of Rs.2000. Within 1 hour, I realized that I was on the wrong site and mailed them for a refund, not to mention that their phone number was not accessible. The following, they sent me a mail saying contact accounts department. I sent a seperate email requesting for my refund of Rs.2000. After multiple mails, I got a mail that because I confirmed with them to go ahead in the beginning, they won't be giving me a refund. This company is fraudulent and will cheat you if you make the mistake of giving them even one rupee. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM!!!
