I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction I have unfortunately become a victim of.

On [insert exact date if available], I paid a sum of ₹2700 through an online platform claiming to provide food license services for a duration of 2 years for my food cart. After making the payment, I realized that the website was fraudulent and not affiliated...

I came to know that this was not government website just after I paid fees of my FSSAI License of Rs 2000/- for 1 year. Their number on the website is always switched off. They dont respond to your emails. How do you contact them.
I want my refund. Pl help.

Https://foodlicenseportal.org is a Fraud website. In Google Search for Food License it appears firstly, It is make confusing with official Food License website . Govt. should take corrective and hard action for this fraudulent website. I have paid UPI Rs. 3400 for new Food License. This website with heading "FOOD SAFETY REGISTRATION LICENSE PRIVATE CONSULTANCY PORTAL" and Sawcha Bharat Logo....

I came to know that this was not government website just after I paid renewal fees of my FSSAI License of Rs 2700/- for 2 years, now they are demanding Rs 5000/- for renewal. I want my refund. There phone no is always busy and they barrly reply on calls....

I found the web address on Google and I applied for license renewal through https://www.foodlicenseportal.org/Home/index Renewal of existing license for FSSAI registration. On the website where I didnt find that they are just an supporting agency
Their site really looks like a govt owned site including swatch bharath logo .
I just came to know that it is not a govt site only after the payment. I have paid Rs.3400/- for renewal....

Just now i havd payment of rupees 2700. aftre that i have enquire this site many said its fake..please help to refund my amount and take action against site

80 email exchanges - they take your money for the renewal fee and don't give what they promise. They fail to properly address the concern and now they're failing to refund the money, lying about how it's with the finance department. It's a complete fraud of a company and one that should be shut down immediately

They are fake and scammers.
Imitating Central Government website and looting the citizens money.
Please raise this issue with concerned authorities.

This is a case of Cheating . Let me have Full amount refunded to avoid escalation of Matter to statutory authorities. Delay in execution was from your end & Not From Our side.

This looks a fraud website and a scam. This needs legal action and website needs to be shut down so that Noone else is scammed by them
