I am writing to report a case of online fraud involving the website foodlicenseportal.org, which falsely presents itself as a legitimate platform for FSSAI license renewal.
On 01 April 2025 at 6:13 PM, I made a payment of ₹5, 000 through this website to renew a license for my business. The site appeared very professional, leading me to believe it was authorized to process FSSAI applications. However, after completing the transaction, I received no genuine service, only vague emails that were clearly designed to delay and confuse.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that this website is not affiliated with the FSSAI or any government body. They are misleading users, collecting payments, and refusing refunds — making it a clear case of fraud.

1. Investigate and blacklist foodlicenseportal.org
2. Take action against the merchant
3. Help initiate a refund of the ₹5, 000 lost in this fraudulent transaction
I’m posting this to warn other consumers and to urge stricter controls on payment gateway partnerships.
