I ordered an AC Milan full-sleeve Maldini jersey from Football Monk for ₹1, 800, but they sent me a half-sleeve jersey without Maldini’s name on the back. I contacted them via email, and they asked me to return it and choose another jersey. Thinking it was a mistake, I selected the same jersey again, but they sent the wrong one once more. I returned it again, and they offered me two options: choose another jersey or get a refund. I opted for a refund, and they assured me multiple times that it would be processed. However, even after 20 days, I haven’t received my money back. I reminded them several times, but now they have stopped responding.
