Their site doesn't generate any service request Id that you can quote and ask for further update. I have also emailed them regarding returning my money.

They are neither responding to calls or to any emails
It's been more than a week since I had placed my order but it still says product status is cancelled.

I ordered two jerseys on March 16' 22 paying the full amount upfront and today it's April 6. It's been 21 days but the order has still not been delivered yet.

There is no update from there end as well. They sent a tracking ID but that does not work. It says the order is processing ever since.

So, I paid them online through upi, but after payment the website showed that your order has failed but the money was taken from my account.

It's been a month since I ordered a jersey from this website. I called them 10 times, emailed them 5 times. No response. It said customized jerseys take 5-6 days to get dispatched. My friend ordered a jersey from the same website in COD mode, he received his jersey in 2 weeks. Mine was online payment, and it's been a month.

Is there anything I can do to claim a refund?

On 15th July i ordered 2 jersey's from Football Monk
Argentina Copa America 2024 Messi jersey
And
Argentina World Cup 2022 3star Messi jersey !!
I prepaid the order a total of 2074/- ruppess!!
And today, 26th July i recieved only 1 jersey (argetina copa america jersey 2024) and nothing else !!!
Whyy ??
Please send my money backk !! I have been scammed !! In the parcel it is written that it contains two jersey's but it contains only 1 !!

These thieves are scamming people and i am sure to drag them out to the courts and they are gonna pay heavily

I had ordered a jersey of size S from football monk received it but didn't receive the shorts with it.

It was clearly mentioned that the shorts would be delivered even if it was not shown on the pics.

Tried mailing and calling them several times but no one has responded back.

Very disappointed with the service.
