I placed an order with footballmonk.in for a Player Version 2022/23 England Away Kit (Order #277114). However, instead of the product I paid for, I received a Fan Version England 2023/24 Kit.

This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to customer orders. I did not receive what I paid for, and this feels like a case of misrepresentation. I expect a prompt resolution—either the immediate dispatch of the correct Player Version 22/23 Away Kit that I ordered, or a full refund without delay.

I have already documented the order details and the product I received with clear evidence. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further with consumer forums and take necessary legal action.
