I've joined one of India's biggest IT MNC company 45 days ago (22nd June) as a contract employee. Here my payroll company is a local vendor. later after some days (10th July) that IT company released me, when i ask them the reason for release they replied "ask your payroll company". and when i asked my payroll company then they said "actually your were not shortlisted in the interview initially but mistakenly we on-boarded you". I wonder how a big MNC company that too India's biggest IT company will give the Employee ID and accesses to an employee who on-boarded mistakenly. first of all how a company won't be aware of the candidates whether they shortlisted or not in the interview. And when i ask my payroll company for my salary of those days which i worked, they are saying that i will not get any kind of payment becoz i was not actually selected in the interview.
I think i should get the pay of worked days. Bcoz i filled my time-sheet and it has got approved also. Here I've lost my 2months of time in that organization as well as my money as travelling expenses e.t.c
Here I've a doubt that might be that IT company (where I've worked for 18 days) released my salary to the payroll company but they are not giving me.
Here can i get the justice in this situation.? Can i get the pay of my worked days? Do i have a right to ask for the salary?
Please help me. please answer my questions.. Thanks in advance

If still they don't pay you the salary then make a complaint in labour court, they will have to pay you the salary + interest on it + Expenses incurred in legal processes.
