Foresee Immigration Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud, threat and refusal to refund

I also got the simillar knd of phone call few days back. They demanded for INR 46000 for the work permit in Hong Kong and they promisd for the full support to get the interview calls and other documentation.

I am not sure whether its areal call or some kind of fraud.

Let us put some light on the complaint mentioned above. First of all, all the allegations that Mr. Rakesh are putting on us are totally fake. Mr. Rakesh asked for refund but refund is not possible because we have certain expenses related to the process when the process starts and we inform well in advance before receiving the payment that the consultation fees is non-refundable. Knowing that he started the process. After paying we provided him with the invoice and agreement. According to the process, next step was to sign the agreement and send the signed copy back to us and a documentation manager would be assigned to the client. But Mr. Rakesh refused to sign the agreement giving the reason that he is busy as his father is unwell and asked for the checklist and start the process and he will provide us with the agreement later. We started his process as we find his reason genuine. After few days he started asking for refund. We denied in the starting because it was well informed that the consultation fees is non-refundable. Later he started giving us the reason that he needed the money back because his father was unwell and require funds for the medical expenses. We trusted him again and we processed his refund request and asked him to wait. As we got the revert that his refund his sanctioned we tried calling him but he was unavailable. After few days we received a legal notice from his lawyer who claimed 50, 000 INR against the payment of 23, 000 INR that he made. We contacted him again and this time he took the call. We informed him that his refund process is accepted and he can collect the cheque from the office but he demanded 50, 000 INR for the same for which we refused. As he was not ready to accept 23, 000 INR, he said that he'll take the matter to the court.
We informed our company lawyer about the same and asked him to reply to the legal notice sent by his lawyer. Our lawyer did the needful and he mentioned in the notice that we are ready to provide the refund against the payment he made. Few days back Mr. Rakesh emailed and this time he was ready to accept the actual amount. We replied him that he can come to the office and collect the cheque. We asked him to collect the cheque from office because we needed him to do some paperwork which will be the proof for us that we have refunded the amount.
He replied nothing to the email and then after few days we saw this complaint over here posted by him. We never threatened him or his lawyer.

Also i would like the readers to know that we provide the legal agreement as the client makes the payment. But if the client hesitates to pay and ask for the legal agreement before the payment for their satisfaction, we provide them with a dummy agreement so that if the client finds anything against him/her, we can alter the agreement as per client's needs and include more points as per the client’s satisfaction.

QMAS visa is almost impossible for any average educated Indians. Most of the consultancy knows that qmas visa will be rejected therefore offering help in getting this visa. they send documents to immigration department then applicant get confirmation email that documents were received and applicant will get another email around 3 to 4 months for rejection. before paying anything to such consultancies take proof for previous visa approval, they will make end number of excuse but will not provide any information of previous visa approval. before applying for qmas visa search on google abourt QMAS VISA Fraud Scam.

I recently got a call from ladders immegration services with similar promises of getting QMSA visa and 100% job guarantee in Hong Kong.when I enquired about previous success stories they refused to provide me one.further when I saw the specimen contract agreement it was clearly written that they did not guarantee jobs or if the visa is put on hold they wouldn't refund the professional fee either...it seems they are saying something and facts are totally different.pls be careful with these kind of baseless promises.

Actually I got a mail from Foresee Immigration Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd .They said Grab an Opportunity Medical Biller/ Coder in HONG KONG .There asking 46000 thousand rupees in visa processing fee.This one genuine consultancy or not .

Forsee dont know wat all to send for visa.as usual it wil get rejected.after u paid money they dont have any concern .they will fool people that they will provide visa within 2 months.but they dont even know wat has to be sent and they talk about immigration. From 1 month they are telling that it is getting delayed due to more files but when I called Hong Kong Embassy they told that you are some documentations are missing now answer forsee if you have guts

Muthu Jose wat u means by passed 1st stage and ur documents are accepted by HK ambassy.u just might have got confirmation letter that ur documents have been recieved by hk ambassy right.everyone gets that.problem is ur files will be incompletely sent to ambassy again ambassy will mail u to pay for missing documents

This is regarding the reply to the comment posted by Mr. Durgaprasad Kotian. We’d like to come straight to the point. This was well informed to your wife before starting the process that if the immigration department finds something missing in your or documents or the documents are not authentic then the embassy will ask for extra fee which won’t be our concern as you’ll be paying directly to the embassy, not us. Regarding the above explanation, we are attaching the proof below. Kindly take that into consideration.

Secondly, when we received your wife’s documents, few of the documents were missing from the file. And when our documentation department asked about the same from your wife, she clearly stated that she can’t provide those documents and asked us to send the file without those documents only. Now iam satified the way they are guiding...once we get visa stamped and job i will personally recommend all.as many of my frnds asking for it.Forsee is been better than other consultancy though.

I have also received same call. Now by reading reviews I am confused about the possibility. If they are loyal they should take money step by step. That's all I can say.

And not replying for my mail also.

I am also going to start my process from tomorrow onwards.. they told me to give 47000 in total for QMAS VISA but right now I only hv to pay 32000 and rest of the money after getting visa and job. I feel them as genuine but I can't say it surely. I will keep you people updated about my process so that it would be easier for u to judge then correctly . If i will inshaallah get my visa and job i will passionately recommend them to all.

I m back again.. I told u earlier that I will update you people about my process. Earlier I have send partial of amount bt now I have send them rest of the fee too as I am totally convinced that foresee immigration consultancy is genuine. And I believe that they will surely do in my favour.
After getting my visa and job i will again inform you, my friends.

The people's don't have manners, am calling them more than two weeks 2 times they attended phone call and told will call back. Very bad experience . They are behaving like giving free service.

No reply for phone calls and mails after payment.

Of course you shouldnt promise if you dont deliver. You should charge your customers after getting the visa stamped. Take a bank gurantee or post dated cheque to be deposited only after a certain confirmation of visa is done. Let the customer direct the bank to relase the cheque only after visa done. Make a stamp paper agreement with foresee immigration mentioning these terms and then apply.

Doesnt make sense you take processing fees consultancy fees, without getting the work done in so many complaints online.

Your basics are wrong you approach customers with a gmail ID (not acceptable if you are a reputed registered firm as you speak of. (You dont have any real case studies or testimonials to be seen anywhere. Many applicants have asked and you have refused which is again suspicious.

I understand you may have a plan to squeeze 10 people for money and do the work of just 1 amongst them. This is an old trick.

Please people dont pay a single penny till you get written assurances and a back ground check of all the process. Have a face to face with these guys. Take photos & videos of your meetings; Ask for their aadhar and PAN cards of every individual you interact with. See once you demand these basic things they will refuse and not contact you again. If they provided anything than we can speak of genuinity.

Dont let your hard earned money in thousands go waste.

More than 5 complaints are of your duping or not contacting customers after receiving money.

Ideally even I can apply to the embassy and wait to be rejected.

Also, FORESEE IMMIGRATION & LADDERS IMMIGRATION work hand in hand its just a different approach and scenery to the customer. I received 2 mails seperately under these organizations speaking more or less the same tune.

Common stop these; wont lead you anywhere.
