Foresee Immigration Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud, threat and refusal to refund

As foresee immigration Says, "I would like readers to know that we offer visa consultancy and job assistance after the visa gets stamped. As we are not direct embassy so we never promise or guarantee a visa. "

Of course you shouldnt promise if you dont deliver. You should charge your customers after getting the visa stamped. Take a bank gurantee or post dated cheque to be deposited only after a certain confirmation of visa is done. Let the customer direct the bank to relase the cheque only after visa done. Make a stamp paper agreement with foresee immigration mentioning these terms and then apply.

Doesnt make sense you take processing fees consultancy fees, without getting the work done in so many complaints online.

Your basics are wrong you approach customers with a gmail ID (not acceptable if you are a reputed registered firm as you speak of. (You dont have any real case studies or testimonials to be seen anywhere. Many applicants have asked and you have refused which is again suspicious.

I understand you may have a plan to squeeze 10 people for money and do the work of just 1 amongst them. This is an old trick.

Please people dont pay a single penny till you get written assurances and a back ground check of all the process. Have a face to face with these guys. Take photos & videos of your meetings; Ask for their aadhar and PAN cards of every individual you interact with. See once you demand these basic things they will refuse and not contact you again. If they provided anything than we can speak of genuinity.

Dont let your hard earned money in thousands go waste.

More than 5 complaints are of your duping or not contacting customers after receiving money.

Ideally even I can apply to the embassy and wait to be rejected.

Also, FORESEE IMMIGRATION & LADDERS IMMIGRATION work hand in hand its just a different approach and scenery to the customer. I received 2 mails seperately under these organizations speaking more or less the same tune.

Common stop these; wont lead you anywhere.

I received the same msg from the forsee immigration based on the hongkong QMAS visa processing. I said the details about this to my own brother .He fired me. Why he done so means we are going to pay the cash to the people whom we doesn't saw yet ! Am not complaining about him. Let me ask you to all, from which app you got the reference from this immigration department .
But actually which app is given you the ideas about these kind ? If the consultancies are not so relevant why the certain kinds of apps are publishing this kind of immigration details ? To whole let me ask, are we safe or not in our country?
Everybody is promoting the compulsory education, but no body is promoting the compulsory job to every citizen. We the peoples are wandering like a beggers having lot of certificates and over qualifications .Whom we have to trust in this modern technological world ?
Am working in my own native place as a high school teacher. I also have a dream to go abroad and settle my life! Am confused now .We the peoples are now working for earning the cash in short cut way . We have to complete our destination just before our death ! who will listen us !!!

I have received a phone call from foresse for qmas visa. I have been asked to sned the evaluation form filled. I have sent. But now looking at the reviews against foresee i am getting doubt. Mr. Alshibin, with reference to your wife’s case, her visa got rejected because of the wrong information provided by you. Hong Kong QMAS Visa is a point based visa in which an individual should score a minimum of 80 points. When asked about your wife’s university, you claimed 30 points for international recognition of the university, but the university was not internationally recognized due to which you couldn’t score a minimum of 80 points and your wife’s profile got ineligible for this process. We never claim university points on our own. We always ask our clients to check with the university whether it is internationally recognized or not before starting the process for which we have written proofs too over e-mail.

Mr. Tarun Sharma Vasudeva & Mr. Cyril P, I would like you to know that this is a paid service. For getting the work done, a cost is involved. Even to make phone calls to you, we incur a cost. Now suppose, we pay all the visa fees and everything by ourselves and start your process. Like we stated above in Mr. Alshibin’s case, we were not at fault if the visa got rejected because of the wrong information provided by the client. Similarly if the visa gets rejected because of client’s mistake, do you think that the client will pay after the visa rejection because the cost for the same has been paid by us already. From where will we recover that cost because we did our work the right way. I hope this makes sense now. You can’t make any judgements for any company without giving them a chance to serve you. Talking about the hard earned money of the clients, if we make mistake in the process or in documentation and visa get rejected because of that, we refund the amount of the clients and we have done that in the past as well. I also got the simillar knd of phone call few days back. They demanded for INR 46000 for the work permit in Hong Kong and they promisd for the full support to get the interview calls and other documentation.

I am not sure whether its areal call or some kind of fraud.

I had great experience with Foresee immigration for my Hongkong QMAS visa. I saw their advertisement on naukri.com and they supported me in knowing all the information that was related to visa processing . They guided me from beginning till the end to acquire my Hongkong visa. They helped in collecting the documents that improved the chances of visa approval. Now around 2 months back I have got my visa and have my final round of job happening . I was benefited so much that I would recommended Foresee for anybody who is willing to move to Hong Kong. I have also received a phone call from Forsee and I was about to start the process but thank GOD I came across these reviews they are highly confusing firstly i asked them to share with me references and email ids of people who have successfully settled in HK which they failed to provide as they cited privacy issue what is privacy issue if you have done everything legitimately then you should be confident in giving references. Then they shared some references on whats app from their notice board but all these reference where of people who's process is still on none of these references are of those individuals who have successfully settled in HK The date mentioned in the email reference was 2017 and now its 2018 that means even in one year people have not reached HK which is contradicting to their claims that the process takes 3 to 4 months only.

That's what the thing is after receiving my visa i didn't called them back as my work was done and wasn't concerned to call them back to thank them, Just got busy in my work and yesterday just googled about foresee immigration and found this review of Gulrez.
Most o[censored]s don't care to say thank you after our work is done but that does mean a lot for the company. Today i am sending my visa copy to foresee immigration and also a token of thanks and a gift for my consultant vaishali and documentation manager Ritu for getting my work done on time.

Hi, I got a call from Foresee in 2019. regarding job in Honk kong, after reaching office I was brief about the Process and QMAS visa, I arranged for the documents after wasting money (attestation etc.) and time.I paid 48000 RS and later 2000 for couriour (to send the documents to hong kong.Reason due to pandemic they are charging extra.in Dec 2020 I got mail from Honk Kong immigration that they receive the documents. on 5 th of May 2021 i received the mail agin that my application for QMAS was rejected..and since then I am trying to get in touch with the foresee but nobody is giving me satisfactory answer when I demand to return my money.. I am jobless I borrowed the money and arrange some how..to give them.. now I am aftraid, if they dont return.. who soever is trying for job through foresee kindly dont waste your money and time..

Dear All I had singed an agreement with the above mentioned company for HONGKONG QMAS VISA on 29/12/2020. From their side they just made an invoice and an agreement for the advance amount which I paid. Total amount of 47, 200 rs is the fee from that i paid 32, 200. But till now as per their checklist I cant submit the full documents due to the pandemic situation. So i requested them to withdraw my application and do return the advance amount. But as per them (Mrs. Geeth and Priyanka ) at any cost they cant return the amount. As per their agreement they should pay back the advance because till now the application was not yet processed.
I have mailed them many times and called up. At last Mrs. Geeth told me they cant give back the money. Before doing the payment they are making many calls but now not yet picking the calls.
So Dear all please dont trust them they are BIG FRAUDS AND ARROGANT STAFF AND CHEATING EVERY ONE LIKE ME. I AM ALREADY IN THEIR TRAP SO PLEASE DONT FALL ON THIS CHEATERS.
I already took step leagaly for the above cheating issue.
