Your store manager, dheeraj at gk1 m block market is extremely rude and has misbehaved with me when i tried telling him that the lipstick I bought is a defective product..not only that when i asked for an escalation point, he refused to give me the number and hung up on me...uncalled behavior and its shocking to have such a bad after service by brand as huge as you! When escalated to Forestessentials Helpdesk, they refuse to share an escalation point and after several follow ups just mentioned that they have contacted the store and that the store will not do anything! They haven’t even bothered speaking to me to understand the issue!! Unprofessional attitude and shoddy products! Was this information helpful? |
