Forest Essentials Complaints & Reviews

As a loyal customer and Platinum member of Forest Essentials, I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience. I ordered 8 products but received only 5. Despite raising the issue on the delivery date and following up with customer care repeatedly, the response was appalling.
I was told they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t have an unboxing video. As a premium brand, it is shocking that customers are now expected to record...

Your store manager, dheeraj at gk1 m block market is extremely rude and has misbehaved with me when i tried telling him that the lipstick I bought is a defective product..not only that when i asked for an escalation point, he refused to give me the number and hung up on me...uncalled behavior and its shocking to have such a bad after service by brand as huge as you! When escalated to Forestessentials Helpdesk, they refuse to share an escalation point and after several follow ups just mentioned that they have contacted the store and that the store will not do anything! They haven’t even bothered speaking to me to understand the issue!! Unprofessional attitude and shoddy products!

      I had ordered eye cream with forest essentials and paid for it.
      Later on, I requested to cancel the cream, the email was sent within 24 hours after ordering the cream, as per their policy. I got the confirmation from customer care that it will be cancelled, and amount will be refunded.

      Now, forest essentials shipped that cream to my home address from blue dart couriers even after cancellation. I request to reverse-pick up (which is again mentioned in their policy) but they refused quoting covid reasons.

      The order status on their website is incorrectly showing the status as ‘refunded’, however, no refund is made by the forest essentials.

      I need to report this incident of inappropriate coordination by the forest essentials teams which results in the loss to customers and providing misleading information to the clients as I mentioned above.

        This is a fraud company. If you order anything online, the company never delivers the products . The customer care never answers any calls or replies to any emails. They take full payment of the order and keep delaying it (so as to never deliver )and ultimately the customer gets fed up of following and chasing them with endless phone calls and emails.

        Beware and don't get cheated by their flashy packaging and online delivery claims.

          Cheating with the quantity of the products.

          I have an empty container of your lip balm and a brand new, never used lip balm. i weight both of them separately and the difference should be 5gms as per what is advertised on the box but it's only 3 gms. i have tried it on two different scales with the same results. It's just fancy packaging, overpriced products and the customer service is so bad that if you email them they will not respond and if you write anything on their facebook wall...
