1st june i ordered a product from forever 21. For some reason i returned the product. Today it's 2nd july. I didn't receive my refund..
After the total return procudure,
I contacted to their customer service..
They told me that the total amount reflect ed to your account after 14 days..
Now it's 1monthe..
Now they are just ignoring my mail..
Poor customer service..
I just want my money back.
