I am trying to contact your billing team since 4 hours now and no one is answering the call. Contact no - [protected] Spoke to the call centre executive at 4.30 pm and I was being informed that I will get a call back in 30 mins, no call was received from your end. Please understand my dad is admitted in covid icu and we are not allowed inside the hospital. The only medium is on call, your ignorance is not acceptable. I need to know the bill amount and the detailed interim bill sent to my email id - [protected]@gmail.com everyday. I had a similar issue with tpa team yesterday. Please escalate this and get back to me with the solution.
